Комплекс Стара Плиска

The property is nice. The rooms are big. The outdoor area is nice. The staff is friendly - everyone is smiling to you except the spa receptionist. The restaurant food is very good.

At first everything was fine with our food - we arrived on Friday and our stay included packet with breakfast and dinner. At dinner the food came fast and they even offered free water and bread which was nice. The breakfast on Saturday was also fast. We did really appreciate that because we were with impatient babygirl who can stay on one place no more than 30 minutes. Dinner on Saturday was very slow. We waited more than 40 minutes which ended with us having dinner in our room because the baby couldn’t stay anymore at the restaurant. The next morning breakfast was the same - and the restaurant was not full capacity! The indoor pool is cold and not suitable for children. The outside games facilities did not work - tbh there is not much you can do at the place.

Обстановката и храната са с много високо качество. Всичко е направено с умение и вкус! Храната се приготвя на място. Прясна и много вкусна!

В момента не работеше СПА центъра, но през зимата ще отидем пак!
