The location is very nice. While not directly in the historic center, it's on the edge, close enough to walk. Better though is that it's at the intersection of some key tram lines, a great way to get around Milan. Also, being used to relatively small rooms as we travel in Europe, the room was great, very roomy!
While there were some restaurants in the area, I didn't feel there was a great selection. It was hard too to find a nice cafe to enjoy a morning coffee. Granted, the room had a coffee maker, but sometimes you just want to get out and find a cafe. The tram rumblings as they passed by could be distracting too, but not too bad.

We stayed here both coming & going. I can't say enough good things about the property & staff. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Check in and check out process very easy. The location is is within walking distance to the major sites, restaurants, etc. We are often passing through Milan and this is our go-to stay.
