Perfect location, a few steps from the beach, large bedroom on the attic, families with 2+ children will love it. Fantastic sunset beach views from the terrace.

Great location, house is basic but it has everything you need.perfect for 2 families since there are 2 bathrooms. The 3 of us really enjoyed the space It was cleaned professionally to high standard

Mattress could be more comfortable. Some basic amenities could be provided like washing machine soap or coffees.

HANDS OFF: black mould in every room! My pregnant wife and me were sleeping at the couch and on the floor. The sleeping room could not be used because of the strong mold smell wich was covered up with a lot of room scent bottles and plastic covers on the walls. After 4 nights she was sick because we had to sleep with all windows and backdoor open.

The location was great in Praia de Odeceixe. It was good to have a kitchen we could use, facilities were good. Great location to just wander down to the beach.

We were surprised that the appartment didnt have a balcony, seeing the photos we had thought there would be one but it belonged to the upstairs appartment. The appartment was a bit cold and humid.

Perfect location, very quiet, good furbished rooms and kitchen.

I guess during the Corona Winter the apartment was visited/rented out only a few times. So during the night we put on the heating to get rid of the funny stale cold smell .... the trick actually worked.

João was easy to be in touch with and met us at the apartment. The place was comfortable, clean, spacious, had beautiful views, and very important for a winter visit- the heaters worked well and there were lots of warm blankets too. It’s an amazing location right above Praia do Odeceixe and on the Rota Vicentina. Odeceixe was so quiet and abandoned at this time of year- we were the only ones on the beach and most shops were closed for the season. The Merceria in town (3.5 km away) had groceries (delicious homemade bread) and we brought some food with us too. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking.

Very comfortable apartment, clean, super location by the beach. Friendly welcome by the host. Definitely recommended. We will be back!
