1 minute walk from the railway station, buses and supermarket. Big comfortable room, bed comfy. Clean, nice bathroom. Everything I needed. I'm here to walk the fells so everything I need for my stay as I don't tend to spend time in my room. Straight up to the fells across the road. Easy access to hotel with clear instructions via messages, no problems with that. I would stay here again. Very good price for lakes.

Great location. Was comfortable and clean.
We were struggling to open the door as it was a system we werei used to. The staff member opened the door and was rude and aggressive. He implied we were stupid for not reading the instructions properly and we were damaging the door. It was very stressful and not good customer service.
It was very dark in the room. We had to use a mobile torch to read instructions.
