Nice property

I had been to the property 6 yrs bk and decided to go bk. But I did find a deteriotation. The toilets are not as well maintained . The seats of the toilets keep falling down. The bathtub was def not clean n not usable . I was told I had to clean it if I needed to use it! The other factors were good .

- Staff were attentive and very friendly. The property comes with a butler who is there most of the time during the day to cook, clean etc. Komang (butler) was very nice and sweet to our 1 year old. - Location is very central. Only a few min drive into the heart of Seminyak. - Good amount of space. Can easily accommodate 6 people with the 3 bedrooms. - Good sized pool! Great to swim in on a hot day in Bali!

- The property is clean but needs some serious updating. Very worn shower head, paint flaking in many places. A fresh coat of paint and new fixtures (light switches, taps, shower heads, door handles etc.) would go a very long way to modernise the feel of the property, especially considering the price you're paying to stay there. - The living/dining/kitchen is all outdoors which is nice but not all the time! Lots of little lizards and insects!! - Some the rooms are far from air tight so sleeping at night, I was constantly having to apply mosquito repellent which became frustrating after a while. - We seemed to be charged extra for everything! Baby cot, airport transfer, late check-out. It wasn't cheap either! It gives the sense that their only focus was $$.

we love it

u need to upgrade the water pressure. the water is too slow

Everything! Villa Kyah has a lovely lay out and design and decor. It is probably the cleanest villa I have stayed in worldwide and still indoor outdoor living. Nice size pool and gardens are beautiful. From the fish swimming below your feet on entry, to the fabulous geckos that entertain nightly on the large tv wall which entertained us continually watching gecko dating, mating, eating and generally living their gecko life at home and the caterpillars meandering around, we were continually reminded we were having an awesome Bali holiday and found that spectating and living with nature encouraged us to engage and educate on the living creatures we were holidaying with. Breakfast was amazing by Putu and she made our mornings bright with her smile. The Villa Kyah team are exceptional.

Nothing to not like
