This property, a large flat in a private residential condominium, is located in central Sorrento, by the crossroad between Via Capo and Corso Italia, Sorrento's main road. The distance to the main square, Piazza Tasso, is 700 meters. The port in Marina Piccola, located below the main square, is slightly further away. The train and bus station is within 1 Km. Guests can walk anywhere in town and do the excursions using the means of public transportation.
The apartment, renovated in 2016, is in good conditions; the bathrooms are immaculate. The new air conditioning system has been installed in 2017; one unit has been replaced in 2024. The mattresses have been replaced in 2019. Full maintenance has been completed in February 2025.
The flat consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed; the terrace is equipped with gazebo, beach umbrella, sun beds, dining table and chairs.
Internet is provided through land line without downloading limits; it is the fastest alternative available in Italy.

This was a wonderful place, in a great location. It was clean. The manager met us at the property, made tour and restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this property.

Great location within walking distance of tourist area. Two big bedrooms. Comfortable foam beds in both. Outdoor patio. Large kitchen. No real living room. Just a couch in the entryway. There were lots of tiny aunts crawling in the bathroom. AC worked really well. Individual units in each of the rooms. Nice washing machine. Very secure and safe. Each window had a lockable gate. From the bedrooms you can access the private terrace. Nice fencing makes it feel private but it’s on the first floor so there is a parking lot right outside. No real views from windows. Great if you want easy access to all the best parts of Sorrento. Showers were also good. Beautiful tiles in bathrooms.

Working with Mario was fine, though the communication concerning billing, taxi transfers, etc. was sometimes challenging.
