Kitchen - Basic necessity and Water machine provided so you don't have to buy Security - There's a guard outside watching most of the time, Loved it!

Water - Chalky and taste bad when bath or using the tap Distance where car stop, You have to walk a long way to your villa. Ultima it's located most inside like a 100m from where bike / car stopped. So if you are drunk. Becareful

*** SECURITY CAMERAS OVERLOOKING THE POOL *** At the time of our stay, there were at least four security cameras. Three of these cameras were aimed directly at the pool, the sun lounges and the outdoor patio/cabana area. It's pretty creepy, especially the camera positioned directly above the sun lounges! So if you are planning to use the outdoor area... remember to smile for the cameras. We've traveled to Bali more than twenty times and always stay in a villa. By comparison to other Seminyak villas, this property is run down and showing its age. Most appliances (kettle, toaster etc) need replacing and both showers heads were so clogged, they sprayed water with such force that it physically hurt to have a shower.
