Appartamento situato nel Residence Rododendro, località Passo San Pellegrino, in comune di Moena (Tn), passo che collega Falcade (Bl) a Moena. L'appartamento è 1.918m sul livello del mare, in un sito dall'ottimo innevamento, con gli impianti di sci da discesa a 150 metri di distanza e raggiungibili a piedi, senza l'uso dell'auto. L'area sciabile è quella della Dolomiti Superski, con 1.200km di piste di tutte le difficoltà. Bellissima l'adiacente pista di sci da fondo e vicine la scuola sci da discesa e da fondo.
L'appartamento, con vista verso le Dolomiti (patrimonio dell'Umanità), è di 55 mq. ed è composto da ingresso, bagno con doccia e bidet, soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello, terrazza; nel soggiorno c'è un divano letto matrimoniale, facilmente apribile (dopo aver abbassato i poggiatesta) e chiudibile con il letto fatto.
Dispone di piano in vetroceramica, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, frigorifero con freezer, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tv, lettore DVD, asciugacapelli, bollitore, tostapane, utensili da cucina, piumini e coperte, regolazione autonoma del riscaldamento.
Il posto macchina è coperto ed è attiguo ad una cantinetta porta-sci (chiudibile), compresi nel prezzo.
Sono compresi nel prezzo anche i consumi di elettricità e riscaldamento.
Da aggiungere alle tariffe giornaliere riportate nel sito, 90 EURO PER LA PULIZIA FINALE e 10 EURO A PERSONA PER LA FORNITURA DELLA BIANCHERIA DA LETTO E D A BAGNO (un set di 3 asciugamani a persona), quindi NON portate la vostra. PER GLI ANIMALI chiediamo un SUPPLEMENTO DI 20 EURO A SOGGIORNO. Da versare in loco quanto dovuto per pulizia, biancheria e animali.

Il residence è situato in una bellissima zona panoramica. E’ adatto soprattutto per chi ama lo sci da discesa, lo sci da fondo, le passeggiate a piedi o con le ciaspole. In un'ora a piedi si raggiunge il Rifugio Fuciade con splendida vista. Nelle vicinanze (circa 1 km) ci sono degli agriturismi mentre altri ristoranti sono in prossimità delle pista. si possono raggiungere Malga Paradiso od il ristorante Cima Uomo (bellissimo panorama).
Escursioni:
in 10 minuti di auto si raggiunge Moena, vivace e tipico centro della Val di Fassa, ricco di bei negozi, anche di articoli locali. Moena è il cuore della val di Fassa, splendida valle circondata da bellissimi monti e caratteristici paesi (Vigo, Pozza, Canazei che dispone di una bellissima piscina, ecc.).Da questi paesi si possono raggiungere altre notevoli piste da sci e luoghi strepitosi (ad esempio Ciampedié e Catinaccio, sopra Vigo di Fassa).Da Canazei si puo’ raggiungere la Marmolada, la regina delle Dolomiti, ed il comprensorio sciistico dei 4 Passi.
Con l’escursione di un giorno si può visitare Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Dalla parte del bellunese si può raggiungere in 15 minuti il bel centro di Falcade (con valido campo di pattinaggio ed altre piste di fondo) e la valle Agordina, con il Monte Civetta (splendida vista dal Passo San Pellegrino) ed il suo circuito sciistico; ai piedi del Civetta si trova il Lago di Alleghe.
