Near airport, very clean, friendly, and professional.
The air conditioner remote control is not intuitive. Instructions would have been nice. TV reception was hit and miss. Streaming channels would have been nice.

Location near the airport - yet quiet! The restaurant was excellent and had great choices. Staff was helpful. Also appreciated having a gym there.

It's the nth time I've stayed at this hotel when arriving in or leaving Brazil. It's only a few minutes from the CWB airport, so super convenient when arriving after a long trip. The staff is always friendly. Rooms are spacious, especially the shower/bathroom.
Our bed linen had many stains. The value for money has decreased significantly compared with a few years ago (after already adjusting for FX). Breakfast also seems less taken care of than it used to (still good, just not as amazing anymore).
