The host was very kind and responsive. When things stopped working it was resolved by the host very quickly. The property was spacious and comfortable. A great view from the balcony and the air-conditioning worked great. A very short walk to the beach and the local pool was nice too. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

У нас было два бронирования так,что будет два одинаковых отзыва.Апартаменты расположены в центре Дадунхая. Заранее договорились с хозяйкой о платном трансфере с аэропорта. По прибытии хозяйка встретила у подъезда. Оформила проживание и приняла оплату с карты ЮП через терминал. Проводили до 16 этажа где мы жили . Понравился вид с балкона на море , на балконе были стулья и столик. Но воспользоваться не получилось так как было очень жарко,да и зачем ведь рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. До пляжа минут 7 пешком. Номер с обордоввнной кухней,в которой пользовались только холодильником. Уборка и смена белья и полотенец раз в три дня. Кровать удобная. Стиральная машина, что очень важно в их климате. По выезду,хозяйка предложила бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта.

Номер подустал , но учитывая во сколько он обошёлся ,то и так сойдёт.

The location is really convenient, right next to the beach, and you can see the ocean from your room. It's also easy to shop and eat nearby.The boss is really friendly!

I'm completely satisfied with everything.

The location is excellent — practically right by the Dadonghai Bay beach. The территория is large, green, and beautiful, and there is also a swimming pool. There are plenty of nearby shops where you can easily buy food, snacks, and household essentials. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the necessary appliances, and the view from the balcony/windows was genuinely lovely.

However, there were quite a few downsides. The apartment felt rather worn out: furniture, plumbing, and the overall renovation clearly needed attention. The toilet seat was broken upon arrival and was only replaced several days later after we finally managed to catch the administrator. The shower barely worked properly — water sprayed everywhere instead of flowing normally. Several things needed repair, including cabinet doors and one of the beds. We also only received the beach gate key fob on our second-to-last day. Until then, we had to walk through the main entrance, which added a fairly long detour. We only learned about this key from neighbors, and getting hold of the administrator was difficult as they were rarely available. That said, our neighbors mentioned their apartment had been renovated and was in very good condition, so perhaps renovations are being done gradually, and unfortunately, we were just unlucky with our particular unit.
