We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights between Christmas and new year. We had a family get together, 10 of us in total, there was plenty of space for all of us. The rooms are very spacious and the house has everything you could possibly need. It was warm and comfortable and an ideal location, very close to Spanish point, miltown malby was 3 mins drive, we had a lovely meal in Cogans there and another lovely meal in Belbridge House Hotel Spanish Point. We also visited Lehinch, Ennis, Quilty and Doonbeg. The host was great, communication was clear. She left wine and goodies for us when we arrived which was very nice, she was also available if needed. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

The shower in the main bathroom upstairs was not working properly. The shower in the ensuite, the head kept sliding down the support bar.

Excellent house that sleeps up to 10 people . Perfect for a group attending a wedding in the armada hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this fantastic property. It is circa 1990's property. It was spacious , warm and bright and spotlessly clean. Host left goodies on the table for us and she was excellent to deal with. The area around the property was great -the Armada hotel just few minutes drive and plenty good pubs in miltown malby itself. We all cannot wait to come back.

The house was perfect in a beautiful location, So close to everything, beautiful beach, town, pubs, restaurants etc. Garden perfect for the kids to play. Clare is a hidden gem so much to see!! Josephine was just the perfect host. Contactable if we needed her but the house was perfect and spotless so we didnt need anything.

Great spacious house in a great location between Milltown Malbay and Spanish point. Close to lots of beaches and an ideal location to explore west Clare. The host was very helpful. We had a great weekend.

Spacious property, windows everywhere to allow light in, parking, great facilities. Didn't get to meet the owner but she was available by phone if needed.

Very big, bright house. Close to beach and miltown malbay. Lovely big garden.

The house could do with a few more kitchen utensils, bowls etc. Also some chest of drawers in the twin room and downstairs bedroom.

Lovely house. Great location. Plenty of space for kids.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. They left an arrival present for us of wine, minerals, bisults, crisps, boardgames and bucket and spades for the kids. We were blown away with their kind present.
