Fantastische locatie, behulpzaam personeel

The layout and setting of the accommodation was stunning, amongst the trees and the way the treehouses have been built. So relaxing. Staff were so lovely and super helpful sorting our scooters for you to explore, which is needed as the treehouses are set right near the river and in a secluded area, which is amazing.

La quiétude du lieu, le personnel adorable comme tout, une gentillesse incroyable. La nourriture (dîner et petit déjeuner) bonne et copieuse. Foncez pour réserver.

Bellissimo dormire in mezzo alla foresta con i suoni della natura. Camera spartana come bagno e doccia, ma bellissime e tutto pulito. Ovviamente si incontreranno insetti e animali. Possibilità di prenotare tour. Ottimo cibo, soprattutto i pancake alla mattina! Staff simpatico e super accogliente.

Si può pagare solo con cash, visto che si è obbligati a mangiare sempre in struttura e si prenotano anche i tour, sarebbe comodo avere anche la possibilità di saldare con la carta.

Het personeel was geweldig. zeer behulpzaam en niks was te veel gevraagd. Eten was fantastisch. Lokatie heel mooi langs de rivier. Ze verhuren ook scooters. En organiseren trips.

Zitgedeelte zou wat comfortabeler mogen. Je kon aan 1 tafel of aan de bar zitten op gewone stoelen of krukken. Rest van zitgedeelte was op de grond, lage tafels en kussens. Slaapgedeelte ziet er goed uit. Alleen zou het net wat prettiger zijn als er onder het matras iets van een plaat hout zou zijn. Nu ligt het op een bamboe vloer. En dat voel je.

We stayed only one night of the two planned (thanks for a Air Asia 8 hours delayed flight) but it was enough to see the beauty of the place. The cabin is surrounded by the nature in a magnificent environment with quick access to the beautiful river. Excellent food at the restaurant. The staff is friendly and informative.

Only drawback is that we found the ladder to access the cabin a little dangerous.

Mais le bruit des fêtes la nuit était insupportable jusqu'à 3h du matin. Comme il n y avait pas de fenêtres, c est le principe des maisons philippines pour permettre la ventilation, on n à pas pu dormir le boum boum des basses supplanter le son de la forêt. Le lendemain la fête s est terminée vers minuit. Dommage le resort dans la jungle est trop près des lieux touristiques.

We loved our stay at Water to Forest Eco Lodge! We stayed in the dorms and they are clean, comfortable and private. The staff are lovely! They gave us great recommendations for places to visit on our scooter. The food is soo good. We did the combo firefly and sunset SUP tour with Arnell and had a great time. It was nice to slowly paddle up and down the river and watch the fireflies. I would love to come back next time I am in Bohol!

Different, but very nice hostel besides the mainstream hostels. Staff is very nice. Very tasty food for a fair price. I like that they collect all expenses and you pay everything at check out.

The SUP Combo tour was too long for me because the board was quite wobbly. And I felt that the guide took not much care for me when I fell back from the group in the dark. Compared to other tours (e.g. island hopping tours) the price/performance ratio is quite bad. I would recommend to only do the firefly SUP tour.

Pues que no me dejaron entrar hasta las 14h en punto a pesar de que seguramente la habitación estaba terminada.

Everything was amazing at this peaceful ecolodge. The private room is enchanting, the staff is the nicest and the food was so good. I strongly recommend if you want to chill in a peaceful place with everything to visit close around.

I give this place ten points, I love being close to nature, this bungalow fulfills my fantasy of tropical life, the service is very good, and the decoration maintains nature view maximally. I know there is no air conditioning here but if there is air conditioning I think it will ruin the feeling of the bungalow. because that's what I want, there are mosquito nets in the room, So you won't get bitten by mosquitoes while you sleep. The service here is very good, they helped me a lot. Hope to stay again, thank you Jaq, Jean,thank you Michel, thank you to all the staff here

I can’t complain about mosquito, because this is part of nature which exactly what I was asking for . I was in rush in my previous trip. Otherwise I would to try their cooking class:)

The place was very beautiful and we loved being sorrounded by nature and its sounds. Merci and Rafa, two women from the staff were very kind! Thank you for your hospitality!

The bed was terrible. It was small for two and too soft, it was impossible to sleep well. Every night when we went to bed, the sheets were full of tiny bugs and pieces from the hud rooftop easy to avoid, just placing something on the roof over the bed. It could have ben much better if the housekeepers had clean and made the bed. If you changed this, the place for us would be excellent. We booked 4 nights, and we decided to miss the last night. I hope the comment helps to improve the place.

The place is as described, and it’s in an amazing position compared to others in the area, but what made a difference, which is not written in the description, was the service and the welcoming from the staff, from the owner to all the lovely girls working there.

Nothing to mention, Everything has been sorted as expected.

Staff was exceptional, all the food that was served to me was incredibly delicious and fresh, rooms were clean and very quiet, such a peaceful place to stay if you’re looking to unwind and get away from the world!

If you dont ride a motorbike its hard to discover bohol. Hostel arrange only expensive tours...

Amazing place in a beautiful garden! Dorm has a lot of privacy. Good vibe and social place. I was a bit worried not driving a motorbike that it was to remote but its just a short tricycle ride from loboc and the ecolodge is a great place to just relax.

If anything the food and tours where a bit expensive

Beautiful hidden lodge, perfect to get away from the town and relax. At night you just hear the insects and see many stars, it is so peaceful. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The dorm is good, there is privacy with curtains. The bungalows are very cute and comfortable.

The activities are a bit pricy, I booked the firefly SUP somewhere else because it was a lot cheaper

beautifully designed and clean ecolodge! the owner Jack was sosososo nice, along with other friendly staff. it was a short stay, but we were able to try their signature sunset paddleboard and firefly - a must try! Paddleboarding in the silent and dark night was something totally different and def one of my favorite experiences. not mentioning the food was amazing also!

The staff is really good and food was very good as well.

Even if it is an experience to be in this kind of house, for us it was not comfortable. The stairs to reach the room with the baggage is difficult, to reach the toilet you have to go out from the room because it was downstairs. The location of the hotel is at the end of the road and we think it would be much better to be closer to the main road.

This place is absolutely unreal! It is well-maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is delicious. We had the best time over our 5 night stay and would happily have stayed longer. There was nothing they couldn't do for us. We went on an evening firefly river paddle board through the lodges & another trip up to a stunning waterfall. We wanted to hire scooters, so they arranged this for us too (for about £6 a day!) We went to see the chocolate hills and found the most fabulous waterfall, which we pretty much had to ourselves. The food is absolutely fab, all freshly cooked onsite and there is a good variety on the menu. A walk across the garden takes you to a river for swimming. We could not say a bad word about this place, we absolutely loved it!

Nothing at all, it was all 5 star!
