Immerso in St. Croix, questo attraente condominio a 133 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimovacanza. Recentemente rinnovato. Splendide porte scorrevoli con pareti in vetro dove uscite nel vostro patio privato completo di mobili e barbecue a gas, quindi dal patio alla sabbia, conchiglie e surf !. Il nostro condominio fronte oceano è al primo piano con facile accesso dalla porta d'ingresso o dalle porte di vetro (lato oceano).
Il nostro posto ha un nuovissimo Central Air System che è un lusso unico a St. Croix. Il nostro condominio ha 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi con il soggiorno e la camera da letto principale di fronte all'acqua. La cucina ha tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici ed è completamente attrezzata con un frullatore per tutte quelle favolose bevande ghiacciate, così potrai goderti il rum locale per cui la nostra isola è famosa!
Abbiamo cavo e WIFI, oltre a un lettore DVD completo di film famosi per il vostro divertimento.
Il nostro condominio è anche vicino alla grande piscina (e club house) che corre lungo il bordo dell'acqua, rendendo una bella vista.
Il nostro patio è di buone dimensioni per un tavolo, ombrellone e sedie e sedie a sdraio che abbiamo fornito, oltre a boogie boards e boccagli per il vostro uso. La nostra costa è il luogo di scelta per i surfisti che sono una gioia da guardare!

This place is as advertised. Beautiful location very private and very short drives to what ever you need. Sunny is a joy to deal with and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and is very quick to respond to any questions. The condo has everything you need and feels like I was staying at my own place. I highly recommend this condo. I have stayed on island many times and this is one of the best places I have been. :) Thanks Sunny!!

Definitely close to water and the pool was really nice. The AC worked really great in majority of condo, but not as well in master. Overall a good place to stay.

We arrived our condo was not cleaned we were moved to another condo that had no working toilets. Our first night and most of the next day were taken up with moving again. The condo we stayed did not have advertised accommodations for our guests. No bedding for the blow up bed that was suppose to be excellent. I checked with owner and she assured me the bed was excellent and had bedding. The bed went flat and she said take the mattress pad off your bed and put on air bed. We prefer to have a mattress pad! When I told her she said they can sleep on the couch, that is not what was advertised nor is that what the guest paid for. After much turmoil, stress and defending our issues that they created the owner refunded one night. The property manager offered us things and never came through. I would look elsewhere.

The condo was great and just like the description. Both bedrooms were large and it was great having 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you need including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Unfortunately when we were visiting it was really windy so a lot of seaweed washed onto shore and the waves were so big you could not go into the water out front. The condo is 10 minutes from Christenstead and 20 minutes from Fredricksted. We did scuba diving, snorkeling & ziplining, really fun.
All of the restaurants along the Christenstead boardwalk were great. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Centrally located near Christiansted's restaurants, bars and activities. Walking distance to Blues Backyard BBQ for good food, bartender and music in casual environment. Short drive to Food Town market. Half hour drive to Eastside beaches, Cane Bay dive area, or Westend beaches and restaurants. Sunny provided all needed information, condo essentials and many non-essentials to enjoy an extended stay. She is quick to respond to any issues should they arise.

Quiet place nice but remote

Our stay in the condo and time on STX was incredible. This condo is mid island so easy to get to C-sted, F-sted, airport and all around. I loved that this was in a less touristy area so we were able to try local food in the neighborhood, hit the resorts for entertainment and snorkel twice a day at various beaches. Our friends live in C-sted Harbor and would have recommended a place in town - but this was the absolute right choice! Central air and 2BD/2BA were my must-haves and this was one of the few places with both (vs. window AC or split/ductless) and the price was half of what it is in town. Waking up to the sound of ocean and that view! We had the huge pool to ourselves every time we went. It wasn’t until day 2 or 3 that we saw another person on-site. I knocked off one star for cleanliness of bathroom but acknowledge heat + moisture make it very hard to prevent mold and mildew. Owner and property manager were great hosts and communication exceeded expectations (extremely responsive and helpful - gave suggestions and even offered a zoom call (which went to spam so I didn’t see until we got there) to answer any questions or set up activities). A car rental is a must - SUV is best due to speed bumps and some of the roads in rainforest and up to Pt Udall. Pack bug spray for at night. Eat at Junie’s - local recommended and you won’t be sorry! And yes the La Reine Chicken Shack is worth the hype!

Friendly Condo With Everything We Needed
We loved this spot! It was as promised and had everything we needed so we didn't have to lug a bunch of stuff (towels, snorkels, floats, etc.). People even left their extras so that was helpful (sunscreen, bags, dish detergent, etc.). The neighbors at the condo were so nice. They invited us to their BBQ and told us about all their neighborhood animals. With kids that love to swim, I appreciated the heads up from the property owner that this wasn't swimming beach. We drove out almost every day to try a new beach out. Easy drives once you figure out how to drive on the left and not crash at the intersections. Our favorite was Cramer Beach. We mostly had it to ourselves and there are bathrooms there. There's a cooler so we took a picnic most days. The pool being right next the ocean and closest to this condo was awesome too. The kids ran back and forth all day while I sat out in the chairs and read and looked at the ocean. The towels were really soft, and there were plenty of them. The beds were fine. One was SUPER high! Luckily there as a little step stool. We appreciated the property manager giving us a heads up on where to buy groceries in bulk for the best price. What else...We loved it! St. Croix is definitely our style. Not too many people or too much touristy stuff. Just right. We did the Buck Island snorkel tour on our last day. Definitely recommend it! Thank you!

I can’t recommend this VRBO enough! Starting with how communicative both the owner and the property manager are. Both Sunny and Robin contacted me with recommendations and tips, Robin going so far as to schedule a zoom call with me to talk about getting onto the island and into the property as soon as possible. The condo itself is on the water, but don’t expect to send your kids out there to swim. Not much sand in front of the property, a little rocky, and the water can be a little rough there. Nice snorkeling though! The patio is nice and the complex’s pool (just steps away from the back sliding door) is great when the wind cooperates! Inside the unit are incredible amenities: beach chairs, snorkeling gear, games, and more. The unit was a great size for our group (me, my wife, and her brother and his wife). The location is convenient to downtown Christianstead where we spent much of our time. We had a great time on the island and really enjoyed staying in this condo!

The beach is not really swimmable because of the seaweed and stuff but it was still a beautiful walk and it was lovely to sit out in the morning and have coffee . It was very spacious and it had an extra blowup bed in the closet. The property manager was totally accommodating and had great communication skills. They had a binder on the table that was extremely informative- information on restaurants and grocery stores and great ideas and coupons. I definitely want to rent here again. It was FABULOUS!!!! We didn’t have any kids with us but even if you had kids or if it was a family this would be such a great place to rent from.

Fantastic vacation spot
The spot was perfect. We had a pool, views of the ocean, and only a short drive to anywhere you wanted to go in the island. Loved this place and would stay again if we ever make it back to St Croix!

Fantastic Stay
Although their may be better locations on the island if your looking for a centrally located stay with a view this is it we’re 30 mins from the frederikstead pier and 30 mins from point udall. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean and had plenty of condiments such as seasonings, sugar coffee, cruzan rum, pink whine. And the staff at the condo are super friendly, super helpful, and very appreciative. Was a wonderful experience.

The location is pretty far from the nicer beaches. You have to rent a car. The night before we where leaving I got a text saying that the pool had a problem. I was offered a gift certificate to a restaurant for $100, we excepted it and said thank you. I mean- what could we do? The beach outside the door is so full of rocks and seaweed that it was unpleasant even to sit on a beach chair. The sand flyes where all over you. The condo had plenary room. It’s old but clean. Unfortunately it also had a few uninvited cockroaches. Not to pleasent to them running whenever the light was turned on. The front bedroom has a very nice bed but needs a stool for you to get into bed. If you are old or short you will not get up into the bed. It’s simply to high. I would not stay here again.

Had a couple issues when we first arrived, but Robin took care of those immediately once we reported them. Pool wasn't open, but we enjoyed the ocean. Loved our stay and the location was perfect. Would love to go back!

St Croix Holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is directly waterfront, ground level, with a beautiful view. The pool on property was clean and well kept. The property manager is delightful. There was a problem with the a/c when we first arrived, but with the ocean breezes it wasn't an issue and it was repaired as soon as they could given the weekend.

Beautiful views and a pool onsite, we loved having so much space and preparing our own meals!! Beds are terrible, we ended up sleeping on an air mattress or the couches each night. Other than the beds the property is well maintained. You can get a great breeze if you open up windows otherwise it’s very muggy at night!

Pros: Central location, beach access, beach accessories such as body boards, snorkeling gear, etc. Spacious and 2 full baths.
Cons: no in unit laundry, could use some updating and smell emanating from dishwasher.
Overall we had a very positive experience.

Love St Croix
Love Saint Croix, and loved staying at La Granda Princess. When we arrived we had a window broken due to the wind the night before. This made us a little concerned, but after talking with the manager she had it repaired. The location was great, easy to travel all over the island.

Nice, spacious, 2 bedroom condo.
I was there on business, but I could see Sunny provides a lot for her guests. From all the kitchen appliances if you want to cook to pool and beach supplies. The condo is located in a safe and quite neighborhood with a waterfront view.

Beautiful Views!
This place has beautiful views from master bedroom, living room, and the patio. It was comfortable enough to enjoy our vacation. It was missing a few minors items but we let Robin the property manager know and she wrote down what we noticed. I am positive those items will be corrected and Will be there for the next guests. It does need a few repairs but I understood the owner would be there in April so maybe those will be repaired. These items do not take away from the comfort of the place. Perfect for two couples traveling together or a family of four. There were games, movies, snorkeling gear, floaties.
We enjoyed our stay. We loved St. Croix and will be looking to move to the beautiful island.

It was amazing!
This was by far the best condo I’ve stayed at. Just perfect no complaints at all. Every thing was neat & clean fully equipped kitchen, the WIFI worked great, the A/C worked perfect, the pool was perfect right on top of the water! Parking just out the door step, and most of all the water, it’s literally foot steps away no kidding!!! The sound of the waves crashing just puts you to sleep. I didn’t want to leave. I will be back very soon.

Fabulous!
This place is centrally located with a gorgeous view. It was clean, comfortable and safe...the neighbors were friendly and helpful with local info. One neighbor brought us a star fruit. Robin and Walt were super nice and knowledgeable. We had everything we needed. And, yes Sunny, we fell asleep to the soothing sounds of waves on the beach....lovely! Highly recommend!!!!!!
