nice, clean and modern.
sometimes had issues with the electricity as it would suddenly stop. but this only happened once during my stay.

Nice place with an accommodating and helpful host. We had everything we might need in the apartment during our 3-day visit.
The bedroom does not have direct access to fresh air and has a window through the kitchen. The air conditioner is in the other room so in hot months it will be a problem because you can not leave the windows open through the night because of the traffic on the boulevard.

Good location in a new building, the apartment had all the utilities you can need, the host was very nice and making sure you have all the comfort during your stay.
The cotton filled pillows were a little hard for my taste.
