The owner met us at the door
There was no parking, only paid on street parking. Although the owner was very helpful with that, but I think this should be explicit in the booking details

We had a fantastic experience with the apartment and the hosts! They had provided - and prepared - a cot for our baby, the sofa bed was all made up and they gave us some great recommendations too. We had the best cannoli ever thanks to the recommendation they gave us.
The views from the apartment are lovely, the location and neighbourhood are great, and there is a nice eatery right downstairs as well.
Absolutely nothing
