We (my wife and myself) had a wonderful 3 weeks workation. The house and garden was wonderfully fitting to our plans. Marcello was super helpful and quick an all of our requests during our visit. Thank you very much Marcello!

Cannot say enough good things about this property and the property manager who worked with us, Marcello. The house is so lovely with such gorgeous views of the water and surrounding hills that you almost don’t want to leave to visit other sights! Marcello went beyond helpfulness … warm and welcoming and helped us with an issue we encountered that had nothing to do with the VRBO and our stay there. Linens on beds were beautiful, lovely and thoughtful decor inside, including cactus plants. Kitchen had everything, including espresso pods and an espresso machine. Complimentary pastries and wine and large bottles of water (still and frizzante). Indeed, we did spend some of our 11 days there just enjoying the tranquility and views from the house. Recommend very highly. Need a car to get around but can use train to Palermo and everything is easily reached by car (we went as far east as Siracusa). Would LOVE to stay here again.

This is a beautiful house in a wonderful setting and location. It is very tastefully decorated and at the same time feels very relaxed and peaceful. We spent far more time in the house than we originally planned simply because it was so lovely to just sit, chill out and gaze at the spectacular view both during the day as well as the evening with a glass of wine or two! The house contained everything and more you could ever wish for or need and all facilities were excellent. Supermarkets are just a short drive away. Both the restaurants and beach are within easy walking distance but since the house was so lovely we didn't spend as much time at either as we originally thought we would. The location is superb for visiting the North coast and we found it easy to drive to Cefalu where there is plenty of parking. The train station is within walking distance which made a lovely day trip to Palermo (trains both regular and very cheap). Marcello and Giusi made us very welcome and kindly met us not far from the house to show us the way in the dark since our flights had been very delayed and further delays with car hire at the airport. The refreshments they provided upon our arrival at the house were very thoughtful and very much appreciated after such a long journey. We had a very memorable week to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary in this wonderful house and we would very much like to return one day in the future. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to our friends and family. Thank you Marcello and Giusi for a wonderful and special week we will always remember.
