- The mother of the host is nice even though she does not speak English. - The location to center of Stari Grad is close. - There are only places for 2-car park. you need to reserve a spot for your car in advance. We only have a scooter so it is ok. - There was AC, but we did not turn on during our stay because the weather is quite chill.

- The house is old, outdated style. - The furniture and decorations are very old. The photos in booking are brighten too much so in reality it looks a bit different. - The kitchen area is also old. Water is running slow in the kitchen sink. You will not feel like cooking anything. - The lady (mother of the host) clean the apartment carefully but because the apartment is old, the bathroom is a bit smelly. - We are not given enough introductions upon arrival. No info that we should use the side door to come in instead of front door, no info about the BBQ facility which was listed, no info about the switch for the hot water (we came home foe shower and the water was cold because the switch is not on, we stayed in other places in Croatia which the host gave us a quick tour about the place and also remind us to always keep the switch for hot water on, so we know how to turn the hot water on in here). - Quite little info given about transportation to the apartment. Stari Grad does not have clear info about the bus from ferry to the old town. The host also does not have info about it. It costs 23e by taxi from the ferry to the apartment. (Not really responsible of the host but as local, if the host find that info out to give to residents it would be much better, does not take much time, there are info available at the Tourist Info (this info is not available online)). - Location to the beach is a bit far if you do bot have a transportation. - Bed and everything else are old, not really comfy.

The location of the apartment was very good and the space in it was huge with everything very well arranged. The parking space was a plus and the owner of the apartment was very kind. I would love to stay at this place again in my next trip to Hvar. Hvala man

The apartment was spacious, clean. The host has been very friendly and kind, she allowed to park our car on an owner's drive way. The location is excellent, very quiet and close to all restaurants and shops.

Good location, quiet, nice neighborhood, easy walk to main town.

Took a while to get in, rang doorbell many many times. Bed had no sheets, only a heavy blanket and thin pillows, hard to get comfortable. Was pushed to check out early as host had to "be somewhere". Had no water for part of one day.

The host's mother welcomed us and was fabulous. She didnt know that we were a 4 but soon remedied that very quickly with extra bedding and towels. She also left us extra blankets outside the door as it was a windy night. Such good value for money and a great location. Beds were comfy and it was exceptionally clean too.

Shower could not be fixed to wall as it was broken . Hard not to get water everwhere in bathroom as had to hold it.

the host is an old lady who doesn't understand english. that was a major issue plus she has her own rules regarding the ac and electricity, she would come to our room after we leave to remove the phone chargers from the wall point and turn off the ac

No air conditioning in the lounge where the 3rd person was suppposed to sleep. So we had to put the sofa bed in our bedroom for my daughter to have air conditioning too.

Quiet, spacious apartment within a short walk from the Riva. Host waiting on arrival with keys. Balcony was a huge bonus - so nice to be able to sit outside in the evenings (peaceful with birds singing and some view of the sea through the trees). Only ate breakfast in the apartment but good to have a fridge and the basics available.

Wifi could have been better. Also the path to the property was gravel and not in good condition which wasn't mentioned (not in the control of the property) and made it tricky with luggage even though it was not far distance wise. There were road works in this area the day I was leaving so maybe it is now paved properly.

Our host was a nice pleasant lady. Clean rooms, equiped with all you need for you stay. Very close to the sea side and center. Nice view on the trees infront of the house. Nice private balcony.

People were nice, great location and comfortable enough. Facilities are good enough. Nice private space.

The listing wasn't accurate as most of the pictures are of a completely different room. Communication was a bit lacking. Upon booking I didn't know I would have to pay with kuna upon arrival instead of card.

Place was very clean and comfortable.

The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, place very clean, and loved the black out shutters.
