In Manchester for a conference at the National Basketball Performance Centre, ideal location, lots of facilities nearby. Great property though didn't get chance to spend much time there so can't comment on tv and cooking facilities - looked decent enough. The property owner was very accommodating with a later than expected arrival due to traffic delays which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

Could do with a little tlc in places but that's a very minor issue

Host is great. Living room chairs recline and easy to clean. Loved having the separate dining area and the table and chairs were easy to clean too and looked lovely and new. I added a christmas tree and table decorations to make it feel a bit more homely. Oven worked and was clean, hob was clean. Fridge was clean.

Bathroom sink unusuable because it had clearly been broken and then repaired with silicone but it had black spots of mould on it which was very unhygenic. Shower panel needs fixing because it allows leaks. As mentioned by other guests, toiletries left in bathroom from previous guests. There was a random cupboard full of dirty towels and bed linen on the floor which made me feel like it wasn’t a clean place to stay. Kitchen was ok but cutlery and utensils were not clean so I bought my own. Glasses were not washed properly so again, bought my own. Lots of leftover food from previous guests that I didn’t use. No bedside tables as shown in the photos. Beds were very springy and the headboard was virtually non-existant. Hallway is very dingy and could do with decorating as makes you feel very uncomfortable when you walk in. Neighbours were quite noisy but nothing the hosts can do about that.

There was very little availability in Manchester at the time of our booking. This was by far the best value for money of the remaining properties. Was able to park right outside the house. Reasonably handy for trains into the city centre. It was clean and comfortable.

Some of the decor was a little worn (e.g. a repaired bathroom sink). It's a terraced property which puts you at the mercy of the neighbours when it comes to peace and quiet. Was OK during our 2 night stay over a weekend. A little noise from next door on Saturday night but it was short lived.

Basic facilities suitable for our needs. Location is great, close to the Etihad stadium and city centre which was what we needed. Local shops and large Tesco nearby. Rooms are big enough but could do with bedside table/drawers in the second bedroom.

I like that we had the whole house for the price. The beds were comfy and clean bedding as expected. The living room space was great and the smart tv and free WiFi was good. The kitchen was useful but it didn’t feel clean. It had full supply of plates etc. Cleaning supplies came in handy. Appreciated the teabags etc Great size bathroom and loo roll\towels supplied. Parking outside house was convenient. Host was nice and welcoming.

It was on a rough street. Neighbours smoking and drinking outside the front and we even had to ask them to move over (they were sitting on camping chairs, blocking entrance)so we could get into the house one afternoon. They throw their cigarettes into the front garden. There was Shouting and screaming down the street at early hours. We only really needed a place to stay after spending the days out with family so it was a relief we didn’t have to spend our time in the house more than just to sleep there. The garden was a yard and it was not a place to enjoy. No table and chairs just an old bbq with some old chairs. Neighbours dogs behind the house were barking early in the morning. Of course this isn’t the hosts fault but guests should be aware of the noise etc on the street. There were loads of old toiletries left in bathroom so it felt like it wasn’t clean and fresh for new guests. Tv in bedroom doesn’t work. Asked for remote and was advised that it’s in the rooms somewhere. Lots of stuff in kitchen cupboards as though left by previous guests also. Was handy to have the cleaning products though, to give the kitchen an extra clean before using.

This was our second stay we love it so much that will book next time again ..the new sofas recline are very comfy to relax

When neighbours open close there door feels it's our door .it kept feeling some1 trying open our door ...the outside door shud be more secure
