Ora è sempre Sunny in spiaggia! Questa splendida casa nuova costruzione è il luogo perfetto per la vostra vacanza in famiglia da sogno. La casa vanta 6 camere da letto, 6 bagni e più ponti su entrambi i lati. Le linee pulite, i colori freddi, gli arredi personalizzati e gli splendidi ripiani in granito rendono questa casa perfetta per rilassarsi con stile. I meravigliosi panorami del Golfo e della baia mobile dai ponti multipli sono mozzafiato, e la passerella sulla spiaggia privata rende i viaggi verso le acque un gioco da ragazzi. Questa casa offre 2 grandi frigoriferi nella zona cucina e un tavolo da pranzo e bar per la colazione per i pasti in famiglia. Un letto matrimoniale al primo piano e due letti king e due letti queen al secondo piano, ciascuno con il proprio bagno, sono perfetti per famiglie multiple o gruppi di amici. L'ultimo piano con la sua seconda piccola area soggiorno e due set di letti a castello (8 posti letto) è il luogo perfetto per i bambini per godersi il tempo insieme. Vieni a visitare Fort Morgan, dove è sempre soleggiato! Casa affitta da Sabato a Sabato in alta stagione a meno che non sia stato approvato dal proprietario.

House was very clean and well equipped. Loved the two refrigerators and stand alone icemaker. Beds were comfortable. House is Next to public access so beach was more crowded than other houses we have rented in Fort Morgan. We would still rent it again.

This house worked perfectly for our family of 18. Having each separate bedroom with its own private bathroom was one reason we chose this property and it worked great.
Being at the end of the peninsula was also a big plus for us. We were quite a ways from the large crowds and that was great. You are next to a public access, but there are several of them so that really wasn't a big deal.
The negatives of the stay were when were arrived the house was not very clean. There was sand all over the floor and everything was very dusty. We quickly found that sweeping the floor is needed often during a week stay.
The main negative was we went the whole week without having WIFI because the modem was dead when we arrived and it took until Friday to get a new one and get it installed. The real estate company that manages the house said that they would make it right with us, but never did anything. Cell phone coverage was not great so having WIFI would have been very nice as it was advertised.
I still rate this property at 5 stars because it wasn't the house/property owners fault that we had no WIFI.

We loved being on the beach with gorgeous views and covered balcony. The property was just not clean, for anyone’s standards. We had to go buy cleaning supplies when we arrived after 12 hour car ride to clean windows and wipe kitchen down...etc. At this price point, you would expect better upkeep and of the house. It needs general maintenance. All that being said, we had a great week and created a lot of memories. Note-you are right next to the public beach access so you will have a lot of people heading to the beach and trying to set up shop on your part of private beach.
