Un bellissimo Loft con giardino privato in centro a Milano, arredamento moderno e di grande stile, per soggiorni di lavoro o viaggi di piacere.
La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto (+1) ed è completamente arredata e corredata, e ospita fino a 8 persone.
Ideale per coloro che cercano una casa grande e accogliente durante fiere ed eventi a Milano, situata in una zona strategica, ben servita da mezzi pubblici per raggiungere ogni luogo di interesse della città.
LA DISPOSIZIONE
Il loft dispone di un grazioso giardino privato consentendo agli ospiti di godere di piacevoli momenti all’aria aperta.
La zona giorno di questo Loft, un open space molto ampio, si contraddistingue per l’abbondanza di elementi pieni di stile e personalità.
La cucina a vista è splendidamente inserita nel contesto, ed è fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare ogni pietanza.
Scendendo un paio di gradini, c’è una zona relax dotata di una Smart TV e un divano letto matrimoniale.
Un comodo bagno (con WC, lavabo e lavatrice) conclude questa parte di casa.
Salendo la scala, arriverete al piano superiore interamente dedicato alla zona notte.
La prima camera, spaziosa e molto luminosa grazie alla sua parete costituita di porte finestre che affacciano sul cortile condominiale, è dotata di un letto matrimoniale e di un grande bagno privato con box doccia, oltre che di una enorme cabina armadio, capace di contenere essa stessa i bagagli di tutti gli ospiti.
La seconda camera da letto, più modesta ma capiente ed accogliente, ha due letti singoli, una scrivani e un armadio
La terza ed ultima camera da letto del piano superiore è dotata di un comodo letto matrimoniale
Un terzo e ampio bagno situato tra le due camere, dotato di vasca, doccia e doppio lavandino, completa questa parte di Loft.

We have a great stay. The house is modern, clean, great location and accurate to pictures. Just mindful the stairs are not recommendation if you have kids under 5 I think. Great host communication.

Our family of 8 stayed here for 3 nights. The communication with the host was great and they gave us excellent advice and suggestions. It was clean and spacious. We did run out of toilet paper and the host told us we needed to buy more that they only provide us with 9 rolls. That was a problem for us bc we were not familiar with the area. The location was ok and neighborhood was a little sketchy We had to Uber every where which was a cost we weren’t expecting. The beds were like sleeping on boards and the pillows could have knocked someone out bc they were so hard. This was our 3rd time in Italy. If staying in Milano we would recommend staying in a hotel and not a VRBO. VRBO’s our first choice when we travel but is definitely a hotel stay.

This property was wonderful for our family's use. It was close enough to the Green Metro Line M2 (Loreto -> 19 min walk) and the Red Metro Line M1 (Loreto -> 19 min walk and Pasteur ->11 min walk). Nico was very nice and helpful when checking in and when we had a maintenance problem (self-inflicted, not the property's fault). The property was well designed, very stylish, and very comfortable. The WiFi coverage was great and super fast. The available washer/dryer combo was perfect for our large group. Some tips... it may not be listed in VRBO, but this property can offer cribs for those traveling with infants. Also, be sure to ask how to use the AC during check-in... I could not quite figure out how to control it, but the place was always at a comfortable temperature for us. Lastly, the key to the community's main entrance does not work well from the street-facing side, it is better to reach around and use the key to unlock the gate from the inside of the door.

The property itself is pretty great! I was traveling with 3 colleagues and there was more than enough space for all of us. The property was also very clean and well appointed. The location is just ok. It is about 10 minutes walking to the central station but over an hour walk to get to the centre. If you choose to stay here, be prepared to rely on uber or public transportation to get around the city. Unfortunately there were a few issues with regard to the host that left a sour taste in my mouth and would make me reluctant to recommend this property or stay here again.
1. The host requires paperwork to be sent prior to arrival. This includes things like passport info, birthdates and citizenship. Not a big deal really but this was not requested by any other host in Italy and took a bit of time to fill out.
2. We stayed at the property for 1 week. I did not hear anything from the host until 11pm the night before our departure. The message was to inquire what time we would be checking out in the morning as they needed to meet us to get the keys and do a walk through. I had already gone to bed when this message came through. Unfortunately I was also unaware that we needed to plan a time to meet and return the keys otherwise I would have set that up in advance. Most places just tell you to leave the keys inside when you check out. I replied to the message at 7am when I woke up only to have another message from the host. They were furious that I had not responded to their message in a timely manner and said they were going to call the police to get us out. I was shocked. When I replied to the message apologizing, it was met with an aggressive attack on how I didn’t communicate properly (I should be the one to reach out), I didn’t fill out the forms properly and I better have the tourist tax ready for payment. I have stayed at dozens of properties around the world as well as host myself in Canada. I have never been treated more poorly by a host ever. I am sure the host will reply to this message and blame me for everything that went wrong. What happened to hospitality?
3. The host charges a tourist tax on top of the stay. This is indicated in the information and did not come as a surprise. I only mention it as all other hosts we stayed with in the country had the tourist tax included in their nightly rate. It is a bit inconvenient as you must have cash on hand to pay them.
Bottom line, they don’t make it easy for the guest.
