how comfortable it was to come back to the hotel and the water pressure in the shower was very nice

The hotel seems new, fresh and quite luxurious considering the fact that it's a 3-star hotel. The rooms are big and of a bit better quality than others at the same price point. The breakfast was HUGE advantage - served by a korean restaurant below the level of the Hotel. It was the best breakfast I've had in Japan, HUGE variety of dishes.
The smell of cigarettes at the entrance. The Hotel is also located in an area where there are many night clubs, so on lower storeys people partying might be disturbing.

The property was great location to stations.
They offered fresh towels and sleepwear wear every day.
Handy to have a laundry and microwave available.
When entering the reception you’re greeted with the smell of cigarette which is not pleasant.
The rooms were small and not enough space for two cases.
No windows in the room that you can see out of or open so it was very closed in.

The location was very nice, almost the city center of Nagoya and easy to get around and try new spots and things with ease, good sitting area for food and just a relaxing time.
It definitely needs updating and possibly some remodeling as there were some stains on the headboard, there was a patch job for a leak outside the bathroom, multiple cracks and almost like paint chips throughout.
