The room was lovely and clean. Room had a fridge and there were extra touches like the chocolate on the pillows. Bed was super comfy. Staff were friendly. Location was great, only 15 minutes walk to Chester centre. Breakfast was great.
Nothing.

Room on small side but fresh sophisticated decor, comfortable. Armchair. Tea and coffee machine. Clean , bright, en suite shower room.
Good parking. Slightly tight but good.
Staff member at reception was slightly offhand but warmed up!
Breakfast staff spoke little English. Asked for my egg choice. ‘ Fried please, turned over’ .
‘. No, fried, fried ‘. ( egg was fine,).
Overall , exceeded my expectations

Location
DISSAPOINTED with breakfast only available between 8 and 9.30
Guests waiting for a table
Food cold
Limited selection
Poor service
Obviously management trying to save money with wages for staff allocated only limited time for a breakfast guests have paid for
Unfortunately will not stay here again and would not recommend accommodation
Pity !!
