Great breakfast.
Staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about hiking in Triglav.
Toilet malfunction caused leaking of contents in the room when flushed.

Amazing view, nice and relaxing - great to have the space of a kitchen and sitting room. lovely property and not far from town, very easy to walk in. the balcony was nice and spacious.
Check in process was a bit clunky - but this may have just been the specific girl at the desk at this time. Other workers were great, for example we luckily got a table for dinner bc we went early, and the check in girl had said 'its not open today but tomorrow you can eat there' when in reality it's such a great place that it's nearly full with reservations every night and we had no idea. Shower was tiny. Kitchen items weren't so clean.

The view from the balcony was stunning. Even though we had been given a Mountain View room we still had a partial view of the lake and it was gorgeous. The balcony and view alone makes this apartment completely worth it! The bedroom was very big, and spacious lounge. Not far to get to the lake only about 15 minute walk. We went to the bistro one evening and the food was lovely, and really kind and attentive staff. Breakfast was lovely aswell, I was really surprised to see almond and oat milk already out on the buffet ( I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere where I’ve not had to ask for some dairy free milk). Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely return.

Broken frayed and unusable deck chair amongst the good ones
Fire pit full of water with old burned bits of wood floating in it
Dining room uninspired . No table decor / flowers/candles. Grey decor
Beds rock hard
Coffee machine coffee cold.
Cold cuts of meat at breakfast stale /smelling off .
No toilet paper in women’s toilet .
Totally unacceptable $400 AUD per night
