L’alloggio è composto da un living con balcone che dà accesso all'anticamera della zona notte completamente indipendente. Dall'anticamera si accede alle 2 camere separate e ai bagni. Una culla per bambini fino a 3 anni può essere fornita. L'appartamento è il punto di partenza ideale per qualsiasi itinerario, urbano ed extraurbano. Esso è a metà strada tra la stazione Centrale (5 minuti) ed il Duomo (4 minuti). E’ fiancheggiato dalle luci di Corso Buenos Aires e la nuova skyline dei grattacieli di Porta Nuova; a piedi, in 10 minuti, o con il sottostante bike sharing, potrete raggiungere il famoso quadrilatero della moda nel cuore della città, facendo magari una sosta negli storici giardini pubblici. Questi sono attrezzati per attività fisica all'aperto e con giochi per bambini. Rho Fiera è raggiungibile in soli 19 minuti con il sottostante passante ferroviario. Il lago di Como dista meno di un'ora.

Il distretto della “shopping street “ ha una natura colorata e varia, anzi per essere un quartiere centrale ha una sua identità forte , basta dare un occhio a Via Panfilo Castaldi: gloriosa strada che si apre come una scena di teatro grazie all’insegna ottocentesca di una storica Cappelleria.oppure andare alla Libreria Popolare di via Tadino. Come dice lo scrittore Giorgio Fontana : “ Porta Venezia è un’isoletta felice in mezzo a tanti stradoni”. Ora il quartiere si sta evolvendo in modo interessante , cominciano a comparire posti “cool” al limite dell’hipster . E’ un quartiere che ha un cuore. Un cuore che batte tanti ritmi diversi . Qui si mangia argentino, svedese, coreano, cinese, eritreo, senegalese, turco, brasiliano, cotto e crudivoro, e ovviamente vi sono ristoranti per tutti i gusti e tutte le tasche

My family and I stayed here and it was perfect! Maria was an incredible host. She was friendly, sweet, helpful and great at communicating with us. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed. We will definitely book this property for our next trip to Milan. Thank you, Maria!

Maria Theresa and her husband were delightful hosts. Suffice it to say that all of the accolades mentioned in the reviews over the past several years remain well-deserved. I highly recommend this accommodation and am looking forward to my next visit. I think this property is particularly well-suited for first time visitors to Milan given its strategic location, access to multiple transportation nodes, wealth of amenities in the immediate area and Maria Theresa's expert guidance. Also, for those who may be sensitive to cigarette smoke, I am glad to report that I had no issues even though technically smoking is permitted on the balconies. You really can't go wrong staying here.

We were visiting Milan for a few days and decided to stay at Maria’s VRBO. Best decision as it was close to all transportation, shopping, easy walks to the center of town and the apt and Maria were both great. Having a washing machine was helpful as well. Would definitely come back. Only thing to note that it’s truly a one bedroom with a really nice sofa bed in a larger living room. We didn’t mind that as it was just the two of us.

Totally Fabulous
The host,Marie Therese, was very helpful with great recommendations for many different restaurants,excellent sightseeing options as well as out of town itineraries! The property was well located on a fun local shopping street ,immaculately clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed ,with everything that would be required to prepare meals. Great experience. I will recommend to friends!

Excellent apartment in central Milan
We had a great time in this apartment. The quality was better than we expected with a tastefully decorated top-floor apartment that has everything you need. The local area is right in the middle of a buzzing shopping area and there are many excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, and lots of public transport options. Maria Teresa was an excellent host, providing us with lots of information and being generally very friendly and helpful. Grazie mille!

An Excellent Place to Stay in Milano!
My two lady friends and I were very comfortable staying at Maria Therese’s property. The location was great for us - we walked and/or used the metro which is practically right outside the apartment door. Although we didn’t use all the appliances available we were glad they were there. The washing machine was very easy to use and that was a bonus for us. Maria herself was the best of hostesses. She met us and explained everything about the place, gave us advice and suggestions for restaurants, and offered to help us with connections to the airport upon leaving. We didn’t need that though as we had a car service but it is good for renters to know beforehand. She offered much help and was available by chat on WhatsApp which was very handy for us. She also met us just prior to our departure and helped us downstairs with our luggage. The apartment is 5th floor but there is a little elevator that proved very dependable. If I ever returned to Milano I would not hesitate to rent with her again. Thank you - gracias - Maria.

The property looks just as advertised and was impeccably clean. Maria Teresa was a fabulous host, spending a good amount of time with us upon check in to help us plan our itinerary, figure out transportation, and make recommendations for our dietary restrictions (vegetarian and gluten free). The apt had everything we needed for our family of 4. It is directly in front of a subway station and a tram, so very easy access to anywhere in Milan. It is on a main street with many shops, restaurants, stores on the same block and many more within a few blocks. It's on the 5th floor, but there is a 2-person lift if this is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). Also, while the apt is on a main street, the noise cancelling doors are pretty amazing, but don't expect it to be country quiet at night (you'll hear some traffic/trains-you're in the city after all). We loved people watching off the 2 balconies. Maria Teresa arranged pickup for us from Malpensa and a taxi to the train station for our departure. It was a great experience. Really, we couldn't have asked for more on our first visit to Milano.

This property was just as advertised but better with all modern updated decor and appliances. Very conveniently located next to the Porta Venezia Metro stop in the heart of Milan. All of the fabulous attractions Milan has to offer were within easy walking distance or short metro stops. Shopping along Corsa Buenas Aires was exceptional and probably the best in town with the exception of the ultra chic shops located around the Cathedral. When we arrived, we were met by our gracious host Maria Teresa. She was exceedingly helpful laying out the area, suggesting numerous restaurants nearby and even drawing out suggested walking tours on a map she provided. Her welcoming snack package was very much unexpected but greatly appreciated. There are no shortage of fine eateries, bakeries and cafe's for all tastes within a 5 -10 minute walk of the apartment. Although the apartment was at a very busy intersection, we heard virtually no noise due to the quality of the windows and doors that led to the 2 balconies. If you want to experience the lively flavour of the street at night the balconies are a great perch to enjoy a beverage or snack late night. If you prefer the hop on hop off bus tours, the stop is right outside the door. Parking if required is across the street, 25 euros per day. All in all, we had a fabulous visit to this great city. Magnificent Milan
The adorable apartment is in a PERFECT location, the metro is right outside the front door, the hop on hop off bus stops 30 feet from front door. Can walk from main train station, 15 min or 5 minute cab ride. I cannot say enough about Maria Theresa, she was by far the best owner I have ever dealt with. When you rent here you also get her as your personal concierge. She made dinner reservations for us for 2 nights, texted us during the day to see if we needed anything, Arranged our transfers to the airport. She is an amazing person! She has lots of great energy and is very passionate about Milan. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here, we will stay with her again when we come back! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Perfect Spot to enjoy Milano
What a wonderful experience and location to enjoy the many sites to see in Milan. The level of service, friendliness and assistance from Mary Teresa went beyond my expectations even having read the previous reviews. The accommodation for 4 is more than enough room and has an old world charm with modern furniture and ambience. Stunning place! I highly recommend this stay.

Italy with family
Maria is a wonderful hostess. You can tell how much she loves Milan and she goes out of her way to help in any way she can. She has so much knowledge of the area. Her apartment is lovely and is accurately described. The location is ideal with the main train station being about a 15 minute walk away and the subway being right outside the front door. We used the subway and went all over Milan. We also took a day trip up to Lake Como and a day trip to Venice. Would stay there again if ever in Milan.

Stylish urban accommodation with a warm, welcoming host
We had a terrific stay at Maria Teresa's beautiful Porta Venezia apartment. Located in an old building right in the city center, this is a small, beautifully renovated apartment with high-end finishes throughout (no IKEA!) and is meticulously, lovingly maintained by its owner. The fifth floor apartment has a wonderful city feel (and thankfully a working elevator). With two terraces that open directly onto Corso Buenos Aires, a major street filled with shops, pedestrians, cars, a tram and a Metro station, you are right in the middle of it all, but thanks to noise-cancelling, room darkening shutters and quality windows and doors throughout, it becomes a quiet respite in the evening or whenever you need a break from Milan's urban hustle.
The location is so convenient. We walked to the Duomo, Galleria, fashion district, etc. and took the metro (station entrance is literally outside the building's front door) and tram (a 3 minute walk away) to visit other parts of the city. There are plenty of restaurants and charming places to take an apertivo within a block or two.
Maria Teresa is a special host, and she's thought of everything to make a guest's stay comfortable and convenient - with easy (and easy-to-find) practical instructions, tips and recommendations, as well as fresh snacks, coffee, tea, fresh milk, fruit and more. (Even nail polish remover!) She was completely accommodating and helpful, she clearly knows and loves both apartment and the city just outside its door, and she welcomed us like family during our stay.
Of note - if you are using both bedrooms you won't have a separate living space beyond the small kitchen table, and the 2nd bathroom is just a toilet, not a full bathroom (but you likely won't use it - the main bathroom is absolutely gorgeous!).
Highly recommended in every way and would love to return again.

Great Central Station Apartment
5th floor apartment in central location. Small lift in apartment building. 10-15 minute walk to Milano Centrale or easily accessible by tram or taxi. Apartment was extremely clean and functional. Can be used as a one bedroom or two bedroom. If two bedroom - 2nd is sleeper sofa. Main bathroom was absolutely beautiful . 2nd bathroom is really a toilet in the laundry room. Maria Teresa was so kind and helpful and couldn't have been a better host. She stocked refrigerator with some items (milk, bananas, yogurt, etc) which was helpful in arrival. Also made us reservations at a couple of restaurants. She has a great book in apartment with very helpful information on area activities and restaurants. Very happy we stayed here .

Exceptional!
My daughter and I were in Milan on business and had an exceptional experience.
Apartment - lovely, updated with plenty of room, bedding, all manner of toiletries, new appliances and stocked with food upon arrival!
Location - incredibly convenient with easy access to the metro, shopping, terrific restaurants, grocery, park and historic sites. Also, Uber drivers are always available in less than three minutes. We felt safe in the area and the apartment building is secure.
Maria Teresa is an amazing host! She reached out immediately upon booking the apartment to assist with our arrival and ensured everything went smoothly. She graciously took us to see hidden historical and architectural gems in the city and reached out to her network to help us with our business objectives. I rent vacation homes regularly on VRBO and have never experienced such exceptional attention to detail and our needs.

Excellent location with plenty of restaurants and shopping area. Subway just outside apartment so easy access to Milan locations. Apartment was immaculately cleaned and well equipped, even breakfast items supplied. Hosts were incredibly kind, informative, and passionate about Milan and surrounding area.

Wonderful location and owner
This location is not only incredibly convenient, the owner, Maria Teresa, made the trip even better. Her apartment is clean, well prepped and she even provided some snacks upon arrival. The apartment neighborhood is an epicenter with heavy foot traffic and transportation, however, the windows are heavily sound proofed so it impressively drowned out the noise!
Maria Teresa is very thoughtful and really cares about her guests. She is always responsive and was patient with my tourist questions. She also shared a thourough list of recommended restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores so I never felt lost or unsure of where to go.
Maria Teresa’s hospitality is what made this trip a memorable one. Thank you for having us - we would love to book another stay with you when we return to Milano!

Clean, sleek and modern .... and comfy!
Maria is one of the few owners who sat down and took the time to showcase her city for us sitting at the kitchen. She had restaurant suggestions, itineraries that make sense and an enthousiam that just adds to the experience of being in milano. She made certain she was available should we have any questions and helped us with tickets and such on our last day. Over and beyond.Will be back, having stayed at 4 other apts in milano ... this one...hands down. Oh yes, great location... similar walking distance to important site.... mille grazie Maria

a safe harbor with the feeling of a home
Milan was 80 F degree and the A/C made the stay comfortable. The home was quietly nested in top floor of an elevator building easy access to everything in Milan. Maria compiled an informative book about neighborhood but also personally advised of our visit. We will definitely stay at this immaculate place if we are coming back to Milan now we learned so many choices of food around.
