The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed while staying

The location.. If you don't have a car, you need a taxi to basically every place except Ladiko beach (about 15 min of walk). For example, to get to the nearest city center (faliraki center) it's supposed to be a 30 min walk, but it is through a highway with no sidewalks. But the taxis are not that expensive(12.5 euros for one way to faliraki center)

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool area, good food - everything was good. Three beautiful beaches in walk distance.

Location is extremely good but car (or other vehicle) is nearly necessary.

The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options and staff constantly topped it up. Suites with a pool were awesome, with lots of space, great Aircon and WiFi.

The owners were very helpful & did their best to resolve our queries & meet our requirements. Free car park & decent Wifi (good for voice calls but struggles a bit for video calls). Limited but good breakfast spread. Great location. Hire a vehicle as bus services in Rhodes are not frequent & taxis are a bit pricey. Very good pressure shower.

Nothing to dislike, just a few observations. There are no lifts in the main building but help provided to lift luggages to the 2nd/3rd floor. Bathroom was quite basic.

The staff was superb, super friendly, welcoming... and Greece? It's absolutely fantastic, it's literally heaven on earth, and this place complemented it all. Thank you for having us ❤️

Hotel run by a very friendly and nice family. We really felt great and welcomed. Nice pool and bar area. Hotel provided us with nice baby crib.

Hotel is close to a noisy road at the back and is a bit annoying when you seat outside on the balcony at night. Bed was making noises at the slightest movement/turn which can be a problem with babies sleeping 1m away.

Lovely private pool. Staff were helpful and polite. Food was good.

Sun beds were a little uncomfortable.

Everything: strategic position close to Faliraki and the main street to go to all direction, very nice pool, bar and good restaurant open all day long. The family owners are very simpatic people and they help you wherever you need something. WiFi open. International channels in the room and in the common space of the bar.

POOL BREAKFAST GARDENS

EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD

Friendly staff, fresh breakfast, enough parking space and very big room.

Noisy bed, noisy main road that goes above the hotel, noisy AC.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The lady at the reception ordered a taxi for my transfer to the airport which came on time and I already knew the price in advance. In addition to that ,because I had breakfast included but wasn't yet time for the buffet to open ,the lady gave the order to open a bit earlier in order for me to eat before I left. There was a mini market inside the hotel, next to the reception, where one can find snacks ( chips,chocolates, drinks) plus essential items. Communication was excellent.

Great staff. Lovely pool. Good breakfast. Tasty food at the restaurant. Big room.

Noisy AC

Staff was available, helpful and very knowledgeable about giving advices.

Not enough diversity in the breakfast buffet. It becomes repetitive after a few days.
