the first floor room was clean and despite not being very far from the really busy Euston Road it is in a really quiet location the room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities and the choice of food at breakfast was very good

Die Lage ist für einen London-Trip fantastisch! Ruhig aber nicht zu abgeschieden und sowohl Bahnhöfe als auch ÖPNV sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war klitzeklein. Soeben groß genug, um Schlafgelegenheiten für vier Personen hinein zu quetschen. Außerdem sorgte die Lage im Tiefparterre dafür, dass man lediglich auf eine Mauer und die Füße von Passanten schauen konnte. Dafür war der Preis eindeutig zu hoch!

I stayed here for two nights with my daughter and we would most definitely come back again. We felt safe, the staff were fantastic, our twin room had a lovely view of the gardens/tennis court and it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and included in the price. The hotel was in the perfect location overall great value for money.

Incredible location, 2 minute walk from Euston and 5 minute walk from Kings Cross.
It was just slightly tired, it didn't matter overall but things just seemed a bit dated.

Location is fantastic. Breakfast is nice. Staff are friendly.
The bed room, toilet and shower room are three independent places along the public corridor with locks/keys which is very inconvenient. This wasn't clarified when I booked the room. The blanket is not fitted in a duvet cover, but simply sitting on a layer of sheet, which fell off in the middle of the night leaving a thin layer of sheet covering on me.

Location was perfect. 2 minutes to the nearest underground station. 5-10 minutes to the British Museum, King's Cross and St. Pancras' Station. Lots of supermarkets and pubs nearby.
Rooms were comfy and nice. Small but warm. New towels every day.
Buffet breakfast was great too. Cereals, croissants and yoghurts. English breakfast and bread were served at the table. You could ask for bottles of water, sodas and milk at any time at the reception.
Everything was just as expected.

I do not expect much from those cheap central London hotels, but the fact that there was no actual duvet for the bed was too much. A disgusting, thin plastic sheet is not a passable object to sleep under. Also, the shower was the smallest I have ever seen.
