Hotel Villa Borghi

Breakfast good. room quiet and comfortable.

The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast and housekeeping staff were very kind and welcoming. We also really appreciated the complimentary bottle of water, especially as we arrived late at night.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance from the reception staff. We arrived late at night with four suitcases, but no help was offered. It would have been helpful if the gentleman at reception had at least informed us that our room was located outside the main villa, as this would have saved us unnecessary effort. The following morning, as we had a flight from Malpensa, I asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi. She simply advised me to contact their usual drivers directly, but none of them was available. In the end, I had to find the number of the local taxi service and arrange everything myself. Considering this is a four-star hotel, we would have expected the reception to organise the taxi or at least provide more practical assistance.

Fantastic breakfast. Roomy room. Beautiful location

WiFi did not work in our room for two days Staff was dismissive. Beds very firm and thin pillows. Had to fold the pillow in half to be sufficient.

Location stupenda, senza parole!

Colazione e pranzo da dimenticare. Staff carente, poveri non ne potevano niente. Cibo dimenticabile.
