smoking were permitted in the hotel lobby which is totally up normal and against international health standards the location of the hotel is too high and no available elevator to take down to the city level which makes extremely difficult for old people and whom they have heath problems At the time of hotel reservation in Booking the proposed rate was silent weather it includes breakfast or not similar to most of the other hotels in order to determine if the room rate is worth it so I assumed the probability of including the breakfast higher than excluding it specially with room excessive rate. Unfortunately it was not included as such I have highlighted this issue the necessity to clarify this in their hotel reservation site Although the hotel structure and furniture is beautiful the hotel atmosphere is so dull and makes fell depressed definitely I will not repeat the experience.

restaurant was very poor, une hour to be served, very small dishes, incompetent staff. Starters served for some guests, main course for others. No alcool available for foreign guests. 30 minutes to check-out when we were only guests.

Very beautiful ambience, couple friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially front desk. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, rooms are magnificent, ask for forest views, they have charming forest in the resort, ask front desk to arrange lunch in the resort forest,
