Nice restaurant, and friendly staff. Quiet at night.

Dark room, no natural light, lots of mosquitoes enter when opening door. Over priced. Very small TV. No privacy from people walking by.

The breakfast has been good and the personal has been very friendly

Very noise with a lot of children. There has been ongoing bypassing of other guest in front of our terrace. Sometimes there was noise at night as guest were departing.Pools have been dirty

The smell of the chlorine when cleaning the pool … needs to checking the amount of chlorine used during the cleaning. It gives you headache.

location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff

Room, beach access, swimming pool, staff are very helpful. Extended my stay for 1 day & resort helped to accommodate with ease. Book water activities near the beach. Also there are 2 restaurants, 1 bar, 2 juice bar. 1 restaurant is open 24hrs.

The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to help me when I needed it, which included some minor medical attention. The food selection available was great and lots of pools to choose from if you didn't like the beach.

My room was quite close to the restaurant and a pool which made it quite noisy. The restaurant had live music one night which made it difficult to sleep.

The staff was amazing and very helpful, Spa facilities were awesome.

I really loved the beach resort atmosphere! great people, great food, great time. The meal was a much bigger portion than I expected! definitely worth the price.

The property was a bit old. They were clean but considering with the price.. I don’t know what to say..

Very nice, decent sized room in a quiet corner of the hotel, overlooking pool which whilst we were there was virtually empty. One pool seemed to be open to public (it was Easter weekend), but other two were nice and quiet. Hotel is near to the airport so very convenient upon arrival and if you are heading onwards, lovely staff!

'Snorkelling' trip was rather underwhelming, basically paid quite a bit of money for a boat to take us c. 150m over from the beach. Dogs barking/cockerels crowing at night bit annoying, but encountered elsewhere in Philippines

we like the pool and the staff are very accomodating and friendly. the breakfast was great.

beach towel required a towel card and we were not informed upon check in about the towel card, however, other pool area they give towels and they just ask for room number. the water in the shower was a bit slow. the reception didnt take note about the senior citizen id that should be given back upon check out because we use a wheelchair for old age, we have to come back and get it. it was a bid crowded but it was still ok.

the bedroom was big and clean and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Best place we stayed in Mactan. Good value and very very clean. Large rooms. Food great. Well done!! Food was way better than Shangri La Mactan where we also stayed. Cheaper drinks and food as well. Great value. Beach and pools good. Good facilities.

Quite a lot of kids but not ridiculous. We don't have kids and try to avoid them but wasn't bad. Good place if you have kids I would imagine.

The beach bar and the sport activities

Very noisy rooms where you can hear your neighbors and people in the swimming pool Some of the staff members are rude (at reception). They even tried to offer us a ride to the airport for 2500 pesos when taxi take 300... The buffet restaurant is also very expensive for the quality .... The showers are very very outdated. We will not come back . There are much better options in the area.
