I like the location

There is no hot water to take a shower on Friday night! It was so cold there!

The breakfast was indeed very good (above average for sure). Internet worked and the location was great.

The room is small, there is no space for a 2nd bag and no room for a chair or couch. I specifically asked for a quiet room and was given a room near the kitchen (noisy after 4-5 am !), facing another building (where there was a construction going on) and the room was exactly where everybody must pass through to go to the breakfast space (near to a bridge in the 3rd floor) so it was noisy. This only shows that the staff either do not care or do not know the facility. No hangers in the bathroom. Kind of dark due to another building close by and as such, lacks light and fresh air (but I guess this is so in the whole seaside area). Glasses were not changed or cleaned every day. I also found the staff not very helpful. I wanted to make a tea and asked for hot water. The answer was I should bring down the glass provided in the room. This glass was extremely small and who drinks tea in a small glass? In short, I think it charges too much for the room that was offered. It is fine for 1-2 days and/or if you are alone but not otherwise.
