Great location, very clean, confortable and with a SPA on the 2nd floor.
They also have a robot that delivers food to your room!

La chambre, avec une vue sur la ville, était exceptionnelle !
Le personnel n eparle pas anglais et l'établissement n'accepte pas les cartes VISA et MASTERCARD. Il faut utiliser une AMEX ou un moyen de paime,t chinois (Ali-pay ou WeChat)

very nice and spacy room, also bathroom quite big.
wifi was bad, kept coming and going. also the airconditioning didnt work.

Clean, staff professional and nice.
Location is not that good, no restaurants/shops nearby. Difficult to find the way if its your first time. The shower was not working properly as always I have to hold on the bottom to receive the water. Very strange.

Everything was great the room service and the member of staff are very good.
I should thank one staff and she works in the reception her name is miss.Ruby she was great and very helpful and i should thank her for all the service she did.
