Atendimento, café da manhã super complexo, tudo muito limpo e de qualidade, quarto arejado sem cheiro de mofo, roupas de cama limpa.

só faltou mesmo uma ar condicionado mais moderno inverter ,economizaria mais na energia elétrica e faria menos barulho. Faltou creme dental. Do restaurante recomendo a todos, quando voltar em são Paulo será minha primeira opção.

Vale a pena pelo custo benefício,próximo do metrô república,tem um Mc Donalds e um Habibs 24 hrs ,bar da brahama.

O entorno do hotel é bem precário ,muitos moradores de rua e viciados mas sempre fico nessa região pelo custo benefício e perto do metrô e até então nunca tive problemas

There are a few things that are important to me at hotels in Brazil. I usually travel by car, so I need secure parking at the hotel. Then the shower has to be good. Good pressure and lots of hot water. And then the breakfast. All of these were good at this hotel! I had to pay a little extra for the parking, but I can live with that. The location was good and bad at the same time. Good because it is central and easy to get around. But it is in an area where you have to be careful about not having your phone out too much and not displaying too much expensive things. As long as you use common sense and not walk around with your nose in your phone, you will be fine. Or just get an Uber to where you need to go. Metro and Uber are excellent ways of getting around. The wifi is free, but the speed is not too good. Another nice thing is that there is an ok restaurant and a little shop where you can buy stuff you need just across the street. My room had a minibar fridge that was empty, so I could buy water etc at the shop and keep it cold. There is a McDonalds that is open 24h just 10 min walk from the hotel. Just 2 min walk from the hotel, you find Avenida Ipiranga, one of the well known streets in the city. This street borders the famous electronics area in Sao Paulo. So if your are looking for anything electronics, this hotel is a convenient place to stay. If you drive in by car, Waze will guide you straight to the hotel and it was surprisingly easy to get there. The parking is next to the hotel, just past the entrance.

First of all - the hotel is a little worn down, but as the price was very ok, it is not a big problem. The thing that should be improved is the wifi. The routers are not made for hotels.

No domingo o café estava ótimo, ficamos 5 dias e o café da manhã foi ficando cada dia mais pobre, no terceiro dia não serviram mais presunto, deixam a impressão que a hospedagem de final de semana é melhor atendida e que no decorrer da semana as coisas ficavam mais simples, porém o valor da estadia é o mesmo.
