The accommodation was really nice. Well maintained and very clean bedroom.

The owner was lovely, checking in and out was smooth and super easy. Room was clean and functional. There was plenty of tea and coffee. There's no breakfast but we were made aware of this as soon as we booked and there are plenty of options in town. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, everything clean and really nice and quiet at night (in terms of neighbours, it was fully booked when we were there and I did not hear or see anyone).
The road is noisy, but then you are on the main road into town and the beach.

It had parking, very clean and comfortable, host was very friendly and helpful, walking distance into town.
Shower was a bit strange, power shower but still ok. Nothing else really.

Location perfect, minutes from Tramore centre and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts.

Nice clean rooms, good facilities and off street parking. Breakfast was great and the location is perfect for the town. A 5 minute walk takes you to the town center. Tom and his staff are brilliant. Easily the friendliest place I've stayed in a long time. Even got a cup of tea and a biscuit on arrival. Will definitely stay again.

Tom is a very nice and friendly host and gave us very good recommendations regarding pubs in Tramore. Also it was very clean and comfortable. The accommodation lies in a quiet place and is easy accessible.

Great location, quiet atmosphere but in walking distance of the beach and downtown. Staff was fabulous, attentive and anticipated our every need. Breakfast was delicious, well prepared, and had several options.
We were very pleased with our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, just a short walk into town. Spacious room with comfortable beds and freshly cooked breakfast. Owner was on hand to offer advice and check if you needed anything, couldn’t fault the place.

Met Tom the owner as soon as we arrived, he was very welcoming and confirmed our special requirement. The lady serving breakfast was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Tom would pop in to check all was well with our breakfast and happily accommodated any changes for the following day (big hearty breakfast so changed to smaller size :-)
