Amazing location with stunning views & Castellina in Chianti is the perfect little town to have nearby. the apartments are clean and well equipped with everything you need & even has their own little outdoor area, perfect for the kids to runaround. The pool is stunning and so clean, with incredible views. Staff are super helpful and welcoming & so accommodating of families. Everything has a very relaxed and laid back feel. Amazing stay and we will definitely be back!

It was very warm when we stayed in Tuscany, anti-bug window screens would have been helpful to air out the rooms at night, without getting insects and bugs inside.

Large, clean and very well equipped apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Beautiful view from the terrace to the surrounding vineyards. Nice and quiet location. Pleasant and helpful host.

When we arrived we immediately extended our stay with a couple of days. Wow wat a view in the "middle" of the Chianti region. Great place to stay when exploring the region. Location Small villages with the necessary needs within (car) driving distance. Castellina in chianti (10 min): small but romantic (restaurants, bakery, supermarket, car-bike-scooter rental) etc, Poggibonsi (20 min) somewhat bigger (big supermarket), San Gimigano (30 min): typical touristical place. Greve in Chianti (35 min):with great square and surrounding restaurants.... and so on. Appartement Carmelo is a great host. Chill and relaxed, but taking care of all your needs. The appartement had everything you could need. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, dish washer, iron etc. Also big in space. And don't forget the relaxed pool on top of the hill. When the sun comes out there's no better place to be than here.. Perfect place to come to rest and enjoy your holiday.

The view from the terrace was wonderful. The room was very bright for an agriturismo. The accommodation is located in the middle of the Chianti Classico area. Excellent for wine lovers.

The interior is made with little love. There is a massive investment backlog. There is a lack of pots and pans for cooking. The refrigerator is old, noisy and smelly. The basic kitchen equipment (cutlery) was missing (for example, a pair of scissors). The knives were of the cheapest quality (the cutting edge bent when lubricated, partly broken out of the plastic handle). Except for a pool, which was not cleaned regularly. Absolutely not recommended for children. There was an additional cleaning fee charged on site (AFTER booking with booking). There were no fresh towels after a week, let alone cleaning. The cleanliness when taking over the apartment was in parts (main room) at best to be described as broom clean.Beside the pool there are no special facilities for children (e.g. table football, games, books etc.) except for an old swing.

Very large appartment with private terrace. Pool area with beautiful view! Carmello was a very friendly and enthousiastic host. The apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived, but we could put our bags in the bedroom already and could change for the pool.

Nice characteristic structure of apartments and rooms available. Great peace and tasty barbecue. Manager and staff helpful and friendly. Also the view of the Chianti are was amazing. Very spacious grand floor apartment, a bit dated furniture, but goes with the era of the buildings. Lovely patios on all grand floor apartments, nice view and great place for breakfast.

Pool is nice and cozy, could be a bit bigger, but it's fine for a good morning exercise.

I dont get why this appartment is that high rated. The appartement we got was anything but comfortable. - with heating on the boiler in the living area turns on every 5 minutes which sounds like someone is blowdrying there hair. The radiators als make a lot of noise. - there is not a single comfortable piece of furniture. It was suitable for 6 persons but there was just one tiny couch which fits 2 midgets or 1-2 adults really uncomfortable. Besides that there are 4 rock hard chairs. - The bed didnt had regular bed linnen, just some loose sheets. - the lower 3 rows of tiles in the bathroom are nearly loose. Its just a matter of time for those fall off. Wouldn't surprise me if there is mold behind it - the kitchen feels dirty and old and is low equipped. For example just 1(!} glass of wine. - almost no mobile signal and the wifi is awful - the contactperson tried to charge us 40euros cleaning costs after reservation although this wasnt mentioned as extra costs and it wasnt possible to cancel the reservation
