The staff were really friendly. The location is really good, just quite a few stairs up to the property but super easy on a scooter.
The pool is nice.
This place was fine but calling it luxury is a stretch. Cleaning was only every 4 days - this should have been more frequent as it also included how often the towels were changed. It’s not great when you have ti put your loo paper in a bin and the bathroom was hard to keep clean because it would get very wet after a shower.
The shower pressure was minimal.
We had to pay an additional 1500 baht for power at the end, other than using the air con at night we didn’t use much so what’s included isn’t reasonable.

View and pool and rooms were all great. Easy to get to if you get a scooter and close to some bars and nice restaurants. Also had good neighbours in the other parts of the villa

We really loved the view and the pool. Our child swam every evening. The place is very cosy and clean.

I preferred the location because of the amazing view you have over the trees and the sea.
I also loved our amazing host Aon. She was at the peer for our transfer to our villa. we needed scooters and she called a rental company right away for us. She even had us dropped at the rental company and arranged a discount. She is a friendly and professional host and reacted quickly via whatsapp on questions that we had during our stay
the shower stream was weak.

The view.
The electricity and water are charged separately. We were not aware of this prior to our arrival.

The villa was so great! Everything was perfect. Our host was superb. She answer to every our request instantly. And a perfect view... I recommend it a lot, definitly worth the money.
Is was not a big problem at all, but to get to the villa you have to make a few steps up, because it is on the hill.

The villa, rooms. The view ís awsome, Í liked everything thing, staff was helpul, life ís good when you stay there.
