L'accueil à le réception était très bien, toutes les explications ont été données et si nous le souhaitions des informations pouvaient nous être fournies en plus. La chambre est très grande et propre. L'hôtel, ne proposant pas de petit déjeuner, met à la disposition dans la chambre : bouilloire, tasses, assiettes, couvert, frigo... Une plage se trouve juste derrière l'hôtel. L'endroit et calme et proche du centre à pied.

Great location! just cross the dune behind the house, and you can reach the wild beach of Carreiro. Top!
I could leave my luggage for few hours after check out.
everything ok, except the strange request of the host to remove a pillow because I was alone to occupy the double room! Considering that I paid for a double it seemed a little cheap 😎

Lack of amenities such as bottles of water, shampoo, etc.

Everything was perfect, possibility to heat food in the microwave, keep things cold in the fridge, make tea and coffee with the kettle in the room. Bed clean, large, comfortable. It is possible to park our motobike in the private driveway. Bathroom large and clean with shower products to use.
The table and chairs of poor quality, I almost fell to the floor as the chair legs bent as I sat down. Dangerous so be aware

We liked the size of the room-terrace and it was very thoughtfully supplied with plates, cups and cutlery. We had also a nice view of the river. The staff were also very good.

At this charming, low key guest house backing on to sand dunes, we had a sunny spacious room with a patio

The owner was very friendly and informative and made sure we had everything we need. The balcony was big and beautiful and it was very peaceful. Here. In the morning we heard so many birds. The location is great! It is right next to the sand dunes, and only a 10 minute walk to the main beach and to town. We enjoyed our stay very much!

the location is great, a short walk to the beach, river and old part of town. The owner is super nice. The rooms are clean.
We didn’t like the blankets so much, it’s a bedsheet with a thin woolen blanket on top that keeps slipping.

The staff was very friendly and happy to provide recommendations for walks, beaches, and dining. All of which were good recommendations. The room was clean and big and had a very nice porch (although you are only a block from the beach you can't see it from the porch, but you can hear it). The is a sandy path starting right outside the door that takes you to a lovely beach with excellent sunset views.

The Host provide us all necessary information, conditions, and provide us the information to the best places to visit, eat or drink. The beach is "just around the corner". We were surprised with a beach so close and accessible for only few. Awesome
Some guests didn't respect the rules and were noisy. For us that travel plenty kms was not very pleasant. WIFI need to be improved, signal is weak. For families with teenagers we know what can happen.

The rooms are fine, very clean. The kitchen is good. Check-In was very uncomplicated, although we unfortunately didn't arrive on time.

I’ve booked this place on booking, and the automatic event that the google calendar generated on my calendar, had a different address. A place like 200m away, but a different place none the less.
The place was almost empty, so the host was super friendly and upgraded our room, we got a bigger room with an awesome balcony where I did my exercise.
The place was very comfortable, and the isolation on the bathroom door was awesome, if you closed the door you would listen anything, so super private.
The host was also very friendly in sharing places to go, see and eat, and there is a hidden path that takes you to the dunes.

Spacious comfortable room excellent bathroom /shower.
Small fridge and nice terrace.
Nothing really.
If I had a feedback comment it would’ve that the toilet seat did not fit the toilet and was too small. It also moved side to side.
Does not affect my overall score though.

The best thing is that is like 150m from the beautifull beach, almost directly from the "casa" is pathway to the beach. It is near to the centre of Milfontes ( breakfast, dinner). Receptionist was full of ideas and recomendation for our trip, show us also map with interesting spots. :) Thank you
I thing that renovation of rooms would change the place to heaven :)

Very friendly and helpful welcome by the host. Location close to the beach and close to Rota Vicentina. Walking distance 5 to 10 minutes to the city with restaurants.
Definitely a good place to stay in Vila Nova de Milfontes.

It was a perfect stay, we even added an extra night. The location was great, walking distance from a beatiful beach and from the center. The host gave us a warm welcome and lots of advice in restaurant. The room was big with all facilities necessary. Will definitely recommand to stay there!

Excellent location, very close to to the beach. Lovely clean room with excellent balcony and view. Very friendly and helpful hosts, would recommend.
