Questo splendido duplex si trova nella famosa località turistica di Los Cristianos, offrendo un luogo ideale per famiglie, coppie e gruppi di amici. Posizione perfetta sorprenderà gli ospiti della sua breve distanza per i tutti i comfort del luogo. Ci sono negozi, ristoranti, centri commerciali, stazione degli autobus, vicina taxi. La spiaggia più vicina con passeggiata di lunga durata è solo in pochi minuti a piedi. Il complesso dispone di un ambiente molto tranquillo e rilassante per una vacanza indimenticabile. Ci sono 2 piscine, una è riscaldata con area per bambini, orti comunitari, minibar, supermercato. L'apartmant dispone di 2 camere da letto spaziose con armadi e bagno. Ci sono 2 terrazze con vista sulle montagne pittoresche e Oceano. Il soggiorno ha int laconica. TV, Wi-Fi e una terrazza con cappuccio pieghevole per nascondersi da sole. La nostra cucina è molto compatta ma completamente attrezzata. Parcheggio gratuito esterno.

Apartment was very clean and in a great location close to some restaurants/bars.
Only minor issue was that the smell from the drains in the bathrooms needs to be sorted as stated by other apartment users.
This has not stopped us booking the apartment again.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was very nicely presented HOWEVER on arrival there was an extremely strong and unpleasant drain smell in both bathrooms — we managed to get rid of it in the lower bathroom but no matter what we did in the upstairs bathroom it never abated . We noticed that on the upstairs balcony the silver drain cover was buckled but the table was positioned over it .The general presentation and the view was really lovely but would not recommend for people of a certain age as on 4th floor and spiral staircase. A lot of stairs!

Big apartment well located with superb views
The apartment is very well located. There's lots of bars and eateries surrounding the complex itself, with the Passarella Centre just four minutes round the corner with lots more. The centre of Los Cristianos with its old town vibe and port are only 15 mins walk away. The pools are large, one is heated in winter. The bus station is at the end of the road, with cheap frequent routes locally and to the airport. A taxi rank is across the road, and there's also plenty of parking. The apartment is accessed via three flights of stairs, the spiral staircase to upstairs is steep and narrow - please bear this in mind if you have accessibility issues. We'll happily stay here again in the future.

Séjour de qualité dans un appartement de qualité
L appartement, le complexe bien adapté, les différents commerces au alentour m ont permis de passer un agréable séjour.
Le seul bémol, c est le manque d ascenseur pourtant annoncé dans la présentation du bien
