Bell Cottage

Location was excellent. We were given a different room than the one we booked and the owner made us aware of this before we arrived. She was friendly and helpful at all times. The accommodation was attractive. The bed was comfortable and the bedding of good quality.

When we booked we were not aware it was a shared kitchen - this should be made clearer. It was also described as bed and breakfast but breakfast is not included. Booking.com need to make this much clearer. The bedroom and bathroom, though attractive, have lots of sloping ceilings and it was quite cramped. The main complaint was having no chairs or comfortable place to sit in the room. There were also a few other little things missing that could have made things easier - a mirror in the bedroom, a washing up brush, a vegetable knife, better reception on the televisions. Several of the pans and cutlery items didn't look clean.

The accomodation was cosy

Great stay host was very welcoming and made us feel at home would highly recommend

Nothing could have been better it was perfect

Bedroom was clean and tidy

No en.suite no tea and coffee making facilities I feel that I was overcharged for my stay having booked self contained accommodation and agreed to down scale at the request of the host I was expecting to be charged £60 which reflects the on.line pricing
