Clean, nice kitchen area to make a coffee and slice of toast in the morning
Quite hot in summer (mid August) ceiling fan was struggling to cool anything

I loved my second room on the first floor with a small balcony overlooking the park. It was nice having a kitchen area where I could make tea in the morning.
The first room I was given was an accessible room on the bottom floor next to the kitchen area. It was tiny, no air circulation and no walls on the shower. The owner was nice enough to let me switch but for what I paid, I should never have been given that room.
