Comunition with the administrator who tries to be empatic is a plus, but I think that attitude must be a regular one, not an exception.
The kitchen and bathroom are ones of the dirty things that I have ever seen, in a location proposed for rent even you travel for business or pleasure. Smells of room deodorant can't cover the dirt!!!! Maybe the pictures of the apartment are from the beginning when they start the rent. The reality is completely different.

Kényelmes tiszta lakás . Pontosan amit a képen láthatunk. Jó helyen szép környezetben . Üzlet a közelben. Jó kommunikáció. Előnyös berendezés.
A melegvíz egy zuhanyzásra volt elég , elég gyenge a víznyomás . Munkaügyben voltunk ez az egy volt ami nem volt a legmegfelelőbb nekünk. Más minden rendben volt.

It was nice, clean, simple with everything we needed. Host was very nice.
It was a bit far from the center, but not a problem especially at this price.

Clean, spacious, modern looking, nicely arranged
I would have loved to be able to make coffee in the morning. Some apartments already have some coffee available next to heater or coffee filter and I didn't think to bring any.
In the morning I found my windscreen wiper raised, although I parked in the reserved spot.

I liked the fact that the owner was very easy to talk to and he was helpful. He let us let our bags upon arrival even though it was too early to check in, but he was nice enough to make an exception.

The staff were friendly and made an attempt at being helpful, were offered some compensation for our issues and we've very apologetic
We had bed bugs! They admitted to not regularly checking the beds/ deep cleaning them, my parnter got covered in loads of bites, kinda ruined our experience

The appartement is in a new building and it is fully equipped. Everything is new.
Just few minutes far from the center of Brasov by car.

Newly renovated citrin apartment with everything you need located in Avantgarden 3 housing district. Everything smells of new and clean. Nice furniture, design and attention to details.
Great communicative host gave us all the information and detailes promptly and effectively!
For us Brasov means all homes by Nati!
Strongly recommended!
