The proximity to the station
No restaurant. No welcome. Rude staff. Breakfast not available as arranged. This is a guest house, not a hotel, and it’s far from 4*.

Rooms size, balcony with desk and chairs
Hair dryer was horrible, it’s air flow was very slow. They didn’t replace drinking water. Sheets weren’t changed second day after I stain with coffee. 10-15mins walking to restaurant area.

Nice and spacious room, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast divers and fresh. Very friendly staff.
The coffee available in the room was very good but the coffeee from the breakfast could be easily improved.

Perfect hotel around 20min walking distance to city center. Service was great. Breakfast excellent. Has its own parking lot. To everyone visiting Craiova, I recommend this hotel.

Nice room with a cute little balcony. The espresso pods and espresso machine in the room were a very nice touch. The continental breakfast was OK tho not very diverse. Good value for money.
We got one pair of slippers, one bathrobe, and one shower cap for two guests (but plenty of towels for two) which made for a fun guessing game as to whom should wear what. :D
Our room faced a distant industrial building and there was a loudish noise in the morning when we took our coffee on the balcony. We didn't experience this at night luckily so our sleep was restful.

This hotel is particularly luxurious and welcoming. Smiling and attentive staff, impeccable cleanliness, calm, full breakfast buffet. We felt surrounded and perfectly welcomed. We will definitely come back!

The room is spacious, clean and very comfy. It has a minibar, air conditioning, coffee maker with coffee and water on the house.
The bathroom is also clean and has shower gel, shampoo, soap, clean towels and bathrobes.
Breakfast is included with good coffee and great orange juice. Because we arrived late at breakfast the omelette was cold.
The front desk is open 24h, we arrived after midnight and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

small,cozy hotel in quiet area,but still close enough to downtown. spacious rooms,extraordinary breakfast and on first place great staff.

The location of this hotel is excellent, close to the City Center. The hotel is new, the rooms, bathrooms etc. are excellent, I visited it the second time, last time before 'Lockdown' all over Europe.
Beside the hotel is an good Restaurant for dinner, they were carefully checking our Covid-19 - Certificates. The Restuarant food was excellent.
The Receptionist on our Sunday evening arrival was 'bored' (to describe it friendly) in her job, She wanted to withdraw from my CreditCard the accommodation in advance (just at arrival) and wanted to make a copy of my passport, both issues I didn't allow her.
Then she mentioned to other staff about myself "He doesn't like this and that" - this was the only negative issue during our stay.

Super cute. Loved the decor. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern.
