Ampiezza della camera e varietà della colazione. Buono anche il ristorante.
La segnaletica di accesso dalla strada. Non si vede bene e si rischia di saltare lo svincolo per entrare dovendo poi fare un lungo giro per ritornare per imboccare la strada.

Sisäänkirjoittaminen oli sujuvaa. Ravintolassa oli hyvää ruokaa ja oli mahdollista kirjata lasku huoneelle. Henkilökunta oli asiallinen ja ystävällinen. Iso tilava huone parvekkeella.

I really want to praise the hotel staff. I had a situation with my (first) room that it was next to the room with a guest who was obviously unwell - loud coughing and sneezeng, etc. Practically, I could not sleep normaly in the room. I asked for room change and the staff proceeded it smoothly. Thanks again!

Breakfast is typically Italian, with a lot of croisants. I am not personally amazed by this, but it was OK and I noticed that other guests were happy. Again, the staff in the hotel restaurant was attentive.
This is not a problem for hotel, but rather for the city (L'Aquila). The city is sprawled along the valley. As I had night intercity buses to and from L'Aquila, so I chose this hotel as it is next to intercity bus stop, which proven to be a good decision, as some of my colleagues at the conference had an issue with city taxis. Hotels in the area where "Canadian" is located are not so close to the historic city core, which is additionally on a hill, with a lot of parked cars in narrow streets and unfriendly pavement. If you prefer to walk between accommodation and the city core with the most of attractions (like me), it can be challenging.

Great Canadian hospitality. Room was completely modernized. Evening meal was sumptuously prepared and served. Breakfast choices were plentiful. Highly recommended.

Less than 5 min walk to the bus station, very good room and abundant breakfast.

The swimming pool was not available if not late (after 8.00pm) or early morning.
The croissant was not so good, it could be better.

Convenient location. Quiet despite its position. Very spacious parking facilities.
Lack of proper signposting makes access by car difficult in densely busy area.

The location is a bit outside the city center but parking is just fantastic. The staff is perfect and I'm sure this is still my favourite hotel when I visit L'Aquila.
Morning light is mostly impossible to block with curtains. A "do not disturb" tag would be very good to avoid room service early morning.

The staff was very nice, the indoor swimming pool is a wonderful thing to have, the position is perfect to go everywhere being near the highway entrance. The food was very good and the room was very big and clean, a little downsize was the bed that is a little too hard for people with back problems but this is really a minor inconvenience. We had a wonderful experience and we will evaluate the possibility to come back!
P.S. another positive thing is that during our holiday all the COVID restrictions were respected without affecting the comfort of our staying
