Je suis rentrée dans une chambre fenêtre ouverte a 23h30 odeur fécale gênante l'ouverture des fenêtres était elle pour effacer cet odeur? le chauffage était en route "Ibis budget"j'aurais préféré un rafraîchissement de la chambre et un chaise
il faisait froid quand même . Chambre non conforme à la plaquette web bien trop pimpante. Pour rester honnête ce n'es pas ce niveau de gamme d'hôtel que je réserve. Mais la différence entre un 2 étoiles et un trois c'est les champs elysées. De plus l'hôtel est très dure a trouver même avec GPS

Petit déjeuner peut être un peu trop orienté « sucré « . Un ou deux des gâteaux pourraient éventuel être remplacés par du jambon ou un œuf
Sans GPS , l’hôtel est difficilement repérable et la zone commerciale voisine est un vrai labyrinthe . Une ou deux pancartes à 500 m , 1 km de l hôtel seraient les bienvenues

La signalisation vers l hôtel trop succincte. On peine à trouver l hôtel. Puis entrée difficile à trouver. Sans GPS on ne trouverait pas.

The member of staff on the night desk was brilliant, really helpful.
The room was ample in size and well laid out with a separate bathroom of a decent size.
It was nice and clean.
(Room 8) The bed was "rickety," and you felt inclined to sleep in one position because of the noise it made when you moved! The shower door was rusty and in need of replacement. You couldn't open the window as (from what I could see) it had no locking mechanism, and we were on the ground floor, so felt unsafe to have the window open.

very clean, staff were friendly, perfect for our two dogs who were allowed to sit with us in the cafe area at night while we had food.

noisy clientele. Not entirely the hotel’s fault but there is always someone who comes in at midnight and shouts and wakes us up.

Clean and well presented. Basic but with everything necessary for a comfortable night.
The room next door appeared to have been kicked in which was a bit worrying. It perhaps should have been repaired immediately after the event to avoid anyone seeing.

Very efficient, with entry codes. Great for our family to have 2 connected rooms. Nice staff. Affordable.

Very loud other guests that were leaving early in the morning.
Pillows are not great.
No whole-wheat bread (complet) at the breakfast (and whats with TellSell TV on in the morning?), coffee machine is not great.
