La cadre était très beau ainsi que le repas du soir et même l’excursion que nous avons pris avec le homestay
Matelas un peu dur

The property is surrounded by incredible scenery and the staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a lovely social atmosphere with communal breakfast and dinner (paid) every day. They also offer a selection of trekking tours from the home stay and have a good laundry service. The private bungalows have incredible views and the beds are huge and comfortable.
This was partially our fault for not researching properly but the property is a 1/2 hour drive from sapa city centre so I would recommend staying a few nights in the centre first before spending a few nights at this property to enjoy the local village and nature. Make sure you bring plenty of cash as there are no ATMs nearby.

It's a great place to stay with great views if you are in the Bungleows, the staff is friendly and nice. Family dinner with other guests is good, (including free rice wine shots with owner)
The rooms have a beautiful view. The area which is my favorite in the Ta Van area, is great plenty of restaurants and Wildbeast bar, which is a must, is only a 3 minute walk downhill.
The only issue is the steep climb to get to the property, not made for people with mobility issues, or out of shape people.
