I definitely agree with the previous reviews : the staff are incredibly sweet and friendly. The pool and the whole chill-out area are really nice and the breakfast is very good too.
Now for the downsides. The room I stayed in was extremely dark, honestly almost like a dungeon 😅. The mattresses could also be better, as they are very hard.

Everything was clean, good breakfast and the staff was so helpful. When I arrived he even prepared a list of places to visit for me and advices about the city. I recommend it!

The staff was extremely kind. They let me check in early after a long travel day. Kevin is a doll and so kind. I appreciate everyone here. The property is luxury with a nice pool and everything. Definitely felt like a king here.

Loved the front desk staff and security. Oh, and laundry services were nice. Safe area despite being a busy area. Close to old town. Market is close by, as well as food options. You can buy drinks on site which is very convenient.
The bathrooms are rough. It is noisy. Floors need to be mopped, not just swept. Pretty sure I heard rats fighting in the walls. I recommend some sort of shower caddy, I’m not sure. You won’t have anywhere to put your soap besides the floor when showering. And the floor is despicable. I was also awoken early on my day of check out by cleaning staff, they loudly turned over the room for guests to the point where I just checked out nearly 2 hours early.
