El apartamento es espacioso y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga. Situado en un barrio tranquilo y con buen ambiente, donde se concentran muchas universidades.
No hay limpieza diaria. Estuvimos cuatro noches y no pasó en ningún momento el personal de limpieza. Tiene varios edificios y según el que te toque, el parking está un poco lejos para cargar y descargar las maletas. Toda la zona es zona azul, es gratis de 19h a 9h.

Thank you for the opportunity of feedback. Overall we had a nice experience but there is one thing you have to improve. We stayed in the Apart Hotel room 003. The double bed frames have extremely sharp edges. Both my son and me were injured because we hit our lower leg there. Still not cured 100%.
Please take care of this furniture part before someone else gets injured.

Convenience for where we wanted to go

Clean room and comfortable bed. the sofa bed has seen better days though ad needs replacing, as you couldn't sit on it without feeling like you were sliding off. Just a 10 minute walk from Park Peixotto, our reason for staying here. Not easy to find though and lots of road works on th surrouding streets, which obviously is not the hotel's fault. There is some street parking outside the reception which is free for 1.5 hours per day and free from 7pm to 9am. So we managed to get our parking for free as we arrived at 5.30pm and left at 10.20am. Nice Asian restaurant next door to the reception. We would stay again.
Reception staff a bit, meh......almost like they were doing us a favour.

Service not great:
. sent 2 messages to reserve parking, not taken into consideration. Obliged us to completely offload the car just for 1 night in transit
. Schedule of the reception: opens at 8am, if you are traveling, not great.

Nice and clean property in the centre of Talence.
Everything was clean and well kept, decent sized bed and bathroom... staff at the building were very useful

Staff leaving hotel in 20:00 and gave us wrong password for wifi. So we are lived without internet

Comfortable and good location
Fridge was not working. Dident know that I have to turn it on myself. Self-Check in was a bit confusing because we arrived after 7pm.

Friendly staff, although they don't speak English they were very patient with the communication and decent breakfast. They also arranged for a late check in/early check out which was very helpful. Good location.
The kitchen didn't have any cooking equipment. In fairness if I had asked they would probably have sorted this out but it was a bit difficult with the language barrier.

The apartment was clean, the windows were really soundproof! The living room sofa served very well as a bed for two people, only a proper blanket would be nicer than the thin one.
The kitchen was not equipped enough and the sink was leaking underneath, so in the bottom cupboard, it smelled a bit. The price of breakfast was 9e.

The cleanliness of the appartement. Very nice bed and bathroom.
The freezer wasn't working and a technician had to come and repair it. Not a great view from the window.
