Very nice place. It was very clean and the staff came in daily to tidy it up. We felt comfortable here, the staff was respectful. The location is pretty good, you can get pretty much everywhere by foot. A big perk is that the train station, metro station and bus station is near the apartment.

great room with very comfy big bed. Clean accommodation and reasonable for the price we paid.
Although we had no issues, when we told people where were were staying they told us to be careful as the areas around the hotel were dodgy. We were careful and got ubers back at night- personally we had no issues but something to be aware of especially if you are a lone travelller

It is close to everything especially to main train station in Rome and buses everywhere . Nice location in an old building with high ceiling. Staff was courteous and provided good service .
For the shower , water was warm to lukewarm on the two days we have stayed there, but not hot. Bed could improve by updating sheets to a better quality. Mattress is old and needs replacement.
