I loved staying here. The area is full of shops and cafés. It has really easy access to Trastevere, San Paolo, Testaccio.Franscesca is such a joy as a host, very helpful and friendly.The apt itself is great, quite large with a large washroom with amenities. The kitchen has everything you need and more.In short, well worth it. Enjoy!

Overall, I really enjoyed this flat! It's in a well transited part of Roma so getting on public transport was very convenient. There are eateries on the main boulevard and a supermercato some 5 min walk from the flat, even a great bar/restaurante right in front of the building entrace! The area is not as fancy as other parts of Roma but it did not feel unsafe, even late at nights. Being so close to Trastevere train station is a huge plus! You can get to anywhere in Roma if you go there, and it's a great way to get to Citta Vaticana, Vatican City, to avoid the crush of tourists who take the Metro on the other side to get to Citta Vaticana. As for the actual apartment, it has everything one would need: completely stocked kitchen, plenty of sheets/blankets/towels, very clean, open and airy with very creative interior designs! And, the balcony was a welcomed treat, especially being on the 4th floor! I was joined by family and they both enjoyed the flat as well. We were a party of three and the flat did not feel cramped, so it is a good size in my opinion. The building has a "quiet hours" policy which is good; however, the traffic from the boulevard will reach the flat, just know that. Finally, communication with Francesca was very good! She had an issue the night before we were to arrive, communicated the problem with us and got it resolved, all while keeping us informed. She gave us some great tips on getting around Roma; eating spots, transportation, etc. very helpful info.

We enjoyed our stay! Except for some (big) bumps with the check-in process, we were very comfortable. The apartment gave us enough space, it was clean, and the location was great.

We had a great time in Rome and loved the apartment. We were a family of four (two boys under 10) and were very comfortable in Francescas apartment. The apartment was well located near Trastevere. You can walk but its quite far. We went there frequently by walking to the tram station, about 6 blocks or so, then riding the tram for 4-6 stops depending on where you want to go. We could have taken a bus just below the apartment easily, but we didnt mind walking a bit. There is lots of shopping nearby and several grocery stores within 1-3 blocks depending on what you need. It is also very easy to get to the city center by bus as well. There is an app to buy tickets easily (MyCicero) so you dont have to find a place to buy them if you are in a pinch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need and the washer was great to have to wash our clothes. There is a line on the balcony to hang for drying.There is no air conditioning, but the fans work well. It was really hot when we were in Rome, but we were ok with the fans. Overall, the apartment was perfect for our needs and Francesca was available anytime we needed advice or help with anything. I highly recommend this apartment.
