The host’s availability, kindness, communication, and willingness to help
We were five people, and at times there wasn’t enough hot water for everyone to shower. The property has a solar water heater, but the electric backup is controlled by the owner, not the guests, so you have to ask the owner to turn it on. Also, one of the two bathrooms wasn’t very practical for showering because the showerhead is very close to the toilet. We used that bathroom only as a toilet.

Peter was an excellent host! Friendly, receptive, helped if needed. The location was fantastic! A bit of noise from the boats and their music, but it wasn’t for long. There are nice shutter doors so we could keep the heat and direct sunlight out if need be to cool the place down. The water was hit or miss on warmth, but wasn’t a big deal for us. We didn’t do any cooking, but it seems like there’s a good amount of kitchen equipment. Overall, the stay was great! Would definitely come back!
The beds were really hard.

"L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e molto pulito.
