I like the fact that below this hotel is a mall and in the neighbourhood even more malls!
The hotel staff keep messaging me on WhatsApp with promotional stuff after my stay.

The Location is good. the breakfast is nice and service excellent.
The sleeping pillows 4 are very big. some guests will need to sleep on low pillow.

Situated at the city centre and easy access to everywhere. Sharing lift with the shopping mall for convenient assess.

too crowded as there were seminar participants all around us. the food spread was sufficient and the mini bar shouldn't be at the coffee house. the tables arranged were too close to each other.
the crowded coffee house and people hanging out at lobby entrance and smoking away. our hired Van had difficulty to fetch us as the porch area has it has a small space to make a U turn. didn't know that your lobby is located on the 5th floor.
